uk_martin
We always turn up at the stadium early as possible and always get tickets For any other meeting I'd say that's OK, BUT we're talking about the Polish equivelent of the "Old Firm" derby here...I'm not travelling all that way and taking a chance on tickets. That said, Stal Gorzow have now announced quite a weak looking team, so maybe it won't be quite as attractive as in past years: Stal Gorzów - 2013: Niels Kristian Iversen 9.58 Daniel Nermark 8.00 Krzysztof Kasprzak 7.14 Tomasz Gapiński 6.06 Linus Sundstroem 5.66 Łukasz Jankowski 2.50 Adrian Gomólski 2.50 Bartosz Zmarzlik 6.57 Łukasz Cyran 2.50 Adrian Cyfer 2.50 Source - here Edited December 11, 2012 by uk martin
racers and royals
Looks as if Torun are going to have a squad system and including both Ward and Miedinski so every match someone will have to drop out which could be anyone of Holder,Sullivan Gollob,Ward and Miedinski. Interesting the way in which this page reads. Looks more like the adaptation of Job Sharing. Seems like Ward and Miedzinski will be job-sharing as will the Pulczyński brothers. Gollob, Ward and Sullivan look set to be in all of the meetings.

Pretty sure that`s not the case with the top five-it`s going to be 4 out of 5. If not Ward or Miedzinski would have been off like a shot-9 matches out of 18 they would not be happy. uk_martin
I think that Ward and Miedzinski might feel that having half a job is better than no job at all. They are in a better place than Crump or Hancock are. I guess we shall see how things pan out. You may be right, but I thought that the way that the team was lined up on the Torun web site was as significant as it was different to how Gorzow's team was listed out. BTW, you missed Luke Przedpełski out of the Torun line-up Edited December 13, 2012 by uk martin

Bradford Ace
Artiom Łaguta in Azoty Tauron Tarnów. Chris Harris signed contract with GTŻ Grudziądz (1st league team). Any news on any potential Bydgoszcz signings being a big fan of theirs?? Losing Emil is a huge blow & nothing much happening at the moment & am quite worried with 3 teams getting relegated this year. We'll see which team has better "arguments" Quote from Greg on the speedway GP website Hancock is confident he can still find the right offer, and says money won’t be the only factor he takes into consideration as he decides his next destination. He added: “I want to be in a team that wants to build a winning side. That’s always important. “There are plenty of options on the table. The ones that say the right things are the ones I want to go to. I’m waiting for that word. “The contracts are there and often it doesn’t come down to the money. It comes down to what they are trying to build, and what kind motivation and words they are using when you talk to them.”

That's a sensible thing to do from Harris. He might rediscover himself. Nice signing for Tarnow too. I like that kid.

uk_martin
Plenty of announcements todayHampel to Zielona Gora Interesting approach by ZG. They're relying three guys winning all the races and Dudek being the trump card at reserve. They'll be stuffed like Gorzow were last year, if their key reserve picks up a serious injury. Also, I take it that the Poles don't have "minimum" averages, in that Jonas Davidsson has a sub-3 average in that team?

I think that there is a minimum average, it's just that it's 2.50 over there rather than 3.
