T.N.T.
108 is both his birthdate and his Motorcross race number just as Greg Hanock is 45, Matej Zagar 55 and Nicki Pedersen 666 Edited August 11, 2013 by T.N.T.
PHILIPRISING
Yes, we'll done. Picking out one post. NOBODY said he'd be in 2nd with 3 GPs to go so everyone failed. THREE to go? Have I missed one?

JT
I'll be honest, I didn't see this coming at all. After years of watching Harris languishing at the lower end of GP's, I thought BSI were just looking for another British rider to make up the numbers. Tai has approached this year in a totally different fashion to his predecessor. Out went, "I'm British, it doesn't matter how crap I am, I'll get more charity next year", in came, "I've been given a brilliant opportunity, I'll re-assess my approach to the sport, and give it my all". Fair play to the bloke, brilliant work. I eat my words. JT. Edited August 17, 2013 by JT

It may be a large picture but we don't get to celebrate a British rider leading the GP's very often
Mark
It is fantasic what the young man has done. Hope he wins Edited August 18, 2013 by marky
pandorum
Well he certainly has shut all of us doubters up. To come in at such a low start number after a very poor debut season and achieve this status shows him to be very special indeed. Good luck to the lad.
Panthers89
Challenge comes now though, he is now the one that's being chased, good position to be in, but we all know Emil will come back fighting, and fighting hard.
Walshy1974
Top man.. 40/1 to win outright at the start of the season. Bonkers odds and well worth that bullseye at the moment. Sorry! Probably just jinxed it now.. Money aside. Did nobody at all actually see him ride the past 5/6/7 years and thought this kid will win a world title? I watched him at Mildenhall for Rye sxxthouse and the lad destroyed everyone. You see them and know they'll be awesome. Woffinden at Rye, Ward at Lynn. Apparently there's a boy doing laps at Mildenhall and rides in Germany who's better than both previously mentioned and at only 14. Anybody know who he is? macinter
Young Tai potentially the best ever British speedway rider?
Bream
Have to say that the battle between Emil and Tai is the best thing for speedway in long time. World Champion would be something that British speedway, sponsors, publicity needs. But on the other side gold medal for Emil would give huge kick for speedway in Russia. At the moment, I think that British speedway needs the kick more so I hope that Tai wins in the end.
emerald tyke
Congrats to Tai on his performances so far...keep it going. Must admit I'm one of the doubters on here but Ive just had a slice of humble pie for breakfast , me thinks I better get used to it!

celticboy
Completely agree. I've knocked Tai more than once because of his prior performances and attitude, but he's focused himself this year and is taking the series seriously. This has shown in his riding and prep work. I'm very happy for him. Still not a fan of the person yet, but I'm still a die-hard Jason Crump fan and mourning his retirement
