Porterpoolie
Hot news ,after the Redcar meeting last night a rider was putting in some practice laps. So what you may say but this was no ordinary rider this guy has legendary status around the Stemp. Derek Sneddon may be having restless nights with this news, none other than the mighty Joni Keskinen was in the flesh making a comeback. 2008 was the year in question when it took Joni 6 or 7 meetings before he beat an opponent thus handing Sneddon the low point of his career. YOU GOT BEAT OFF JONI KESKINEN! Famously sung at Armadale in the Cup when we went up there to party having already been stuffed at home in the 1st leg. A truly awful signing by Mr G Taylor.

mikebaker
His first point scored was actually before that home meeting on the 29th May. Tuesday 20th May at the Isle of Wight, was Joni's first point for the Bears. 9days before the heat 10 victory over Sneddon. He scored a point in heat 11 when Krzystof Stojanowki had an engine failure on the first lap. He was almost a lap behind Havvy, a gift point, but it was before the earned point over Deek. Graham you also forgot to mention his legandary wheelie after the 5-1 he scored with Grievsy in heat 5 in the match against Mildenhall on the 5th June. \
Porterpoolie
The Mildenhall meeting he only beat his Finnish team mate of that trerrible Bog Moggies team so not counting that as a genunie win. Was it actually a heat victory over Sneddon thought it was just a third or a second?
