Mildenhall will be holding a double header meeting this coming sunday for the price of a single meeting!

Starting at the earlier time of 3.30pm Mildenhall will ride the 1st leg of the PO Semi Final against the Isle of Wight.

Following the completion of this fixture we will ride the National Trophy match against the same opposition.

30 heats of speedway for the price of 15, has to be a bargain!!

Great stuff Phil, at least two clubs in the NL show common sense can prevail, and in these economic times a good boost for all.

Good also that the club continues in the correct manner and finalises details before going into print - before we get the usual conspiracy theory and supposition rubbish.

Two enjoyable meetings that.Just a shame the poxy tapes in the 1st didn't want to play.

1st thing. The track was in superb condition.Considering there had been 30 heats of speedway there was no blue groove or anything.Looked as if it would have lasted a few more heats easily.

A well prepared track provided some fast close racing.Only 4 out of the 30 times were over 53 secs says it all.

How on earth Stefan got up from his crash is beyond me.Then to go and win his last 3 races, really was incredible if i'm honest.

Fantastic choice of guest in Garrity.Looked very quick and is really exciting to watch when in full flow.Out after every race to congratulate the Mildenhall riders after their ride. You wouldn't have guessed he was only guesting for us.

Really impressed with Joe and Danny today.Danny's ride to pass Ellis really was something special.Best ride i have seen in a very long time.

Lewis was his normal reliable self.He really has upped it this season.

Adam Ellis!! What a find this lad is.Fantastic style and super quick. Was unlucky not to score more in the 1st meeting.Whoever signs him in the NL next season will have a field day with him at reserve. Most young lads would have shut off on a couple of occasions, but no,we kept it wound on.Fair play to the lad.

30 heats.£12 admission.£2 for two full programmes.Superb value.Well done all for a top job today :)

Adam Ellis looked superb on Friday at Lakeside, getting pretty close to Crumpy even! So in the National League next season, will be superb.

Im going to guess, signing for Rye House.

Certainly a talent, lets hope he doesnt follow in the typical brit mould, and not reach his potential.

A good couple of meetings , fantastic value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and evening !

Whoever Adam Ellis signs for they will do well to get him as I can see him doing what Cam did last year and end up going straight from reserve to possibly a no1 without a stop in the middle .

On a slight downer as far as Mildenhall winning silverware is concerned , I believe the current reserve partnership could possibly end up costing them these trophies .

Lets be honest the IOW team is not the strongest in the league and still Gareth and Ryan only managed 9pts between them in the 2 meetings combined .

This really isn't enough to overcome the likes of Dudley over 2 legged competitions , I hope I'm wrong !

Don't suppose there's any chance of Adam Ellis guesting next Sunday ? Just a pipedream !

Your Top 5 will see you through, especially if Danny Halsey shows todays sort of form, and if he does then it could be a walk in the park  and it wont matter, what your reserves do or dont score.

I saw bates having a few laps at Scunthorpe last night - will his inclusion make the difference ?

I think Mildenhall's lack of strength at reserve evens it up a little - if Bates and Stoneman were fit, I'd have them odds on to win. Makes it all the more exciting and we could have a repeat of last years amazing final.

I only saw the first meeting but thoroughly enjoyed it, West Row always being one of my favourite tracks.

The starting gate malfunction was both annoying and frustrating, but these things do happen occasionally and in all my visits to Mildenhall I am unaware of any sort of similar delay so I wasn't bothered.
