Swindon 2013

Recommended Posts

It would have to be someone who could work out that 2x10=20, so I guess that would rule out Peterborough.

True, we're the ones who get shafted at the AGM. Now let's think who had the most to gain this time? Need any help

Hurray at last the powers that be have spoken & the rules are clear that peterborough can't stop Hans, Troy & NKI going & going on loan/ :D

Is this the voice of reason and if so is peterborough's game up or does it mean they will stamp their feet and refuse to play until their demands are met

Now as Peterborough wasn't going to use either Hans & Batch, loans for these two again is a nice steady income for the Panthers with all the other loanees...

With Bjerre nailed on for the number 1 slot there was only ever going to be one outcome.... loan fees again.

Batch was never in their plans and Hans was only offered a deal because of our obvious interest in him leading the champions again... so common sense has finally prevailed.

If hans had accepted the panthers offer then they have have let swindon talk to bjerre when it is obvious bjerre is their prefererred choice, what would they have done if he had accepted

One thing to come out of this if a loan is agreed. Swindon fans can never again moan about Meidzinski to Poole. As this is exactly the same

 And there was me thinking Speedway was going to Simplify the rules!!

If you think its EXACTLY the same then you obviously haven't read the comments from Harkness re- the Miedzinski decision. That decision isn't the only strange decision made by the BSPA, but it is certainly a catalyst to the current issues. The knock-on effect of that decision is impacting a lot of the current issues. It was a straight forward decision that the BSPA bungled. Now the transfer market has virtually been shut down. Peterborough won't take this lying down if all their transfer demands are not met. There will be some serious fall-out unless the BSPA amend their regulations with immediate effect.

The best thing to do CR is just ignore his posts. He chats absolute horse manure. He is no better than this KKS whoever he is.

How can someone who thinks he's in the know say a Miedzinski who's average increased by nearly 3 points so became effectively useless to his parent club is the same as Hans & Troy who would need to average nearly 11 to be the same.

The bloke is so deluded it's beyond belief.

Swindon would never have been able to go down this road if Poole hadn't so crawl back under your stone & stop trying to be so pathetic.

Rather than being abusive perhaps you can tell me what is different?

Poole wanted Meidzinski. Swindon said they wanted to use him and so demanded a full transfer. The bspa said, rightly or wrongly that it should be a loan.

So Peterborough said they wanted to use Hans but Swindon want him. So they ask for a full transfer. Swindon refuse and want a loan deal. Bspa rule it a loan.

So what is the difference? Seriously?

In fact this seems actually worse than the Meidzinski case because Poole could well have had to pay a full transfer fee for a rider that was only to be used until May.

Teams with few or no assets will of course welcome such a directive as they can cherry pick without much expenditure other than loan fees.
