orion
If Swindon are covered by an agreement between the BSPA and the DMU then surely its Hans causing the problem saying he wants to ride in Denmark? Otherwise it would be a simple case of him riding for us?. Or am I reading that wrong? No you are not ...Hans wants /is going to ride for his Danish side ( I think we know why ) and we are trying to stop that .

I understand the EL fixture comes first, so yes Hans would be going against the agreement, I hope this Isn't down to owed monies as he's barely ridden.

Steve0
Any truth in Brendan Johnson replacing Kacper? Well Gomolski is on the team sheet for tomorrow according to our website. No disrespect but Brendan Johnson doesn't strengthen us!

We musnt question Gomolski's team place or take part in any more polls as Mr Andersen will go on Twitter again and label us as 'so called' fans.....the same so called fans who turn up even if he does not

Crazy robin
Riding in Denmark tomorrow night for his Danish team. http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/speedway/10506816.Confusion_over_Hans_Andersen/ The quote that they knew about this for some time & leave it till the day before the meeting is why fans like me have had enough of being kept in the dark Mr Patchett & choose to stay away from watching the sport now. Until these types of things stop then I won't be back either.
remembertheracers
They had loads of meetings in March/April when it was freezing. Meetings started late and ran slowly - the website still says parade 7.20, first race 7.30. Cut and pasted from the fixtures section at 21.00 tonight All home matches start at 7.30pm (parade 7.20pm), unless otherwise stated. Ever known them stick to that??? And rarely do they get on with it and run matches at a reasonable speed. Then loads of blank Thursdays - why put reserved in the programme if you have no intention of using it? They rarely update the website on lineups till the day before, a waste and lack of promotion. Too many fixture cockups. Those are facts. Should have kept Doyle who lives in the town and is thus a walking advert for speedway. Gathercole for Gomolski would hardly weaken them - but what is Mr Andersen's beef at the moment, he seems to want to ride only when there is nothing else? I expect Hans is owed money & if that's the case then he knows he'll get paid in Denmark we can hardly blame him as it's not as if he's got history for this is it?. We were spoilt by having Leigh for so long & he thought of the fans as well as his pay packet.
YerRopes
Using Hans terminology, he is the 'So called' captain of the Swindon Robins, 2012 Elite League Champions Should he decide to ride in Denmark rather than Captain Swindon at KL tomorrow as the rules apparently state, then I agree with others - kick him out of the team immediately. Should he choose Denmark, it would obviously prove that he doesn't give a **** about the Robins (possible late pay or whatever). Personally I'm not that bothered about the Play Off's any more (or EL speedway come to that)...however, I was looking forward to both matches against KL with what looked like two full teams.. We may go Thursday, but then again we may save the £38..despite the predicted brilliant weather... Most of the people we used to take don't bother phoning any more.. Crazy robin
Lets hope the Premier League is back next season with Doyley captaining the side as I've had enough of Elite league & all that goes with it.

I have no idea as to what Han's gripe may be, but others on here have alluded to payment issues.. I would add that everyone else has always turned out for Swindon though... BTW...you appear to have a stalker...

Maybe that's the BSPA master plan - p*ss off all fans of EL clubs so that when they lose the sky contract and with the problems the last few years - we will all be begging to see PL speedway! If he's not been paid why should he ride ? I doubt you would turn up for work if were not getting paid . Who would you replace him with ? someone who will work for nowt . I go to speedway to see a competitive meeting, 7 Swindon riders against 7 riders from the opposing team, a good track that produces exciting racing and hopefully a close finish and result... 7 riders per team would be a start (no guests, no R/R)... No one knows what Hans' problem is with Swindon (should there be one).. When I had my own company, at least 20/30% of the time I was paid late - I still did work for these companies though and always got paid in the end It was frustrating but not a deal-breaker though.. Irk Deflector
Perhaps Hans should try Sales Financing! I wonder what %age in the £ they'd offer - less than 50%?

Not being paid company to company on time is a world apart from not paying someone who works for you .I don't expect many people would go to work without being paid so don't expect Hans to .
