Jeez and you need to lighten up more....such a serious little dude arent you?...reckon you go to bed concerned about your beloved Panthers being screwed over...btw I get out enough thankyou and have visited many a different place and culture...probably why I have your area sussed out..... ;)

I'm rather unexcitable actually but it's always best to avoid having a joke (if indeed it is a joke - it's often hard to tell) at my or our expense? Looks like you missed Peterborough and drove into the Fens by mistake but you were warned about relying on the trial version of that Excalibur sat nav!

That one is interesting. 100% untrue, but interesting.

......And still the Rednecks and good ol' boys of Cambridgeshire and Lincs invade the Swindon thread in there overalls drinkin moonshine strummin banjo's and munching on yams...squeal like a pig boi.....

I thought everyone outside of London was like that?...seen a few of those in Wilts, Glos, Berks, Oxon, Dorset, Zummerzet, Devon, Cornwall moi lovers. A better quality of overall and wellie in the west country than East Anglia though, and west-country coiderr is better than that moonshine rubbish. You cant beat Wiltshire Am either.:o:D

In fairness to Tarnow, Swindon have only quoted part of the rule. It is correct that these protocol's exist. However, there is a subsequent regulation that as of 1st March all protocol's established by a federation can be superceded by a club. It is accepted that this may override any decision previously made by the federation, and any club effected has no right of appeal.

Hopefully if Swindon replace Gomolski, they will still pay the loan fee to Peterborough, unless Gomolski signs for another EL team. Peterborough agreed to loan one of their assets to Swindon in good faith, and therefore had to refuse any other offers for him. Poole appeared to be interested and they have a good relationship with Polish clubs, probably helped by their Wednesday race night. In contrast, Swindon have a very poor recent record with Poles, so Peterborough deserve credit for allowing Swindon to handle one of their prize assets, particularly as teams will be wary of using this asset in the future as it looking like it will be a little tarnished as a result of the loan. It is not Peterborough's fault that Swindon have failed to resolve this with Tarnow.

Classic! But be careful you'll upset the natives

You are having a laugh!! If Gomolski doesn't stay then I would guess Peterborough can whistle for any loan fee! Everyone has acted in good faith as you put it but if you don't take delivery of the goods as agreed then no payment would be due - or at least a significantly reduced payment.

Of course he's having a laugh!

Keep reeling them in 500cc :t:

Has Troy now been passed to ride for the Robins as I've not seen anything to confirm it on any web-site????

The teams are now stated as 'declared' on the BSPA website, as of earlier today, so I guess it will be left to BSPA/Panthers/Robins to sort out the finances and disciplinaries.

Confirmed as expected as our incompetent complicit masters had nowhere else to go, not that they wanted to. The real interest is in the detail of course,

More silverware in the cupboard.....wot no vincentblackshadow, crumpie etc? :o

They have their own problems now with their own team - no time to stick their noses in Swindon's business now that Batch is confirmed in the Swindon lineup. They will pop up from time to time to have another pop though - of that there is no doubt

Will pop in with my predictions for Orlov's amusement, so be worried if I ever tip you to win.
