george.m
To be fair though we assumed rightly at the time he was our asset how were we to know the BSPA would retrospectively alter the rules and make the judgement based on that , anyway you are welcome to the little mercanary wait to he does the same to you and come back with your higher than mighty attitude P.S if you need to know what retrospectively means ask George he will no doubt give you full and frank answer little one. Doubt he's reading this Gaz he'll be tucked up in bed counting sheep. Mind you, being a Berwick fan that might have a different effect. Wonder if he's asked Santa for a new pair of velcro wrist bands for Xmas.

I fear for the Sheep they would be better counting 100 emilali's and then they wouldn't need to witness the guff he/she or is it she/he post's.

george.m
I'm sure its SHE. Emili is a girl's name after all. Makes no difference in Berwick. As we say in Glasgow, a punch in the mouth is still a form of human contact. Edited December 22, 2012 by george.m

heather21
Quite happy with the signing of James, I will be even happier if the final signing is above 5points so we can get Harley at reserve.

Enigma would be my description of James Wright,I keep waiting for him to fulfill his potential but up to now it has just not happened .Decent signing IMO. Has talent . Willowman
Does anyone think ritchie hawkins would be worth a punt hes still available? Not as much as a punt but possibly an inflatable dingy.
Paulco
Aye I would go with that, 6.5? He can better that IMO, not the worst signing in the world. Wasn't so long ago he was Premier League riders champion and holding down a second string EL role at Belle Vue and Swindon . Has he underachieved in the last couple of seasons ? Yes he has , but he is only 26 and more than capable of putting a point and a half onto his average . The predictable couple of pages of juvenile drivel that followed the announcement aside , i think most Tigers fans will be extremely happy with this signing , it gives us a pretty decent heat leader trio to go into battle with . With the work getting done to the track and the stadium , a competative looking side taking shape , i'm beginning to excited about March now and the countdown to the new season can start properly .
MD
Not much choice between 5.01 and 5.30 to get Horwood at reserve. Ironically Bellego would have fit perfectly on 5.27 ! Looking at who is still not officially signed: Chris Schramm 4.91 Chris Mills 4.87 Justin Sedgmen 4.99 The Raj K 4.
AndyK86
If i was a Glasgow fan i would be very happy with the signing of James Wright,he can easily stick a point or two on his starting average and i would have hoped Sheffield considered signing him at least instead of Hall. Schramm is one rider i would love to have in my team , and for him to start at reserve would be a bonus . Has Rajkowski recovered from his injuries ? Last year's brief comeback with Redcar would suggest not . Sedgmen hmmmm , dont know what the story is with him , looked to have plenty of potential a couple of years ago , but last season's form would be a worry for me . There is still the well thought of Max Fricke to be had , but do we want two untried Aussies at the same time again . And , of course , the other Wright brother .
