emilali
sorry you're 'delighted' which for you on a Berwick thread is ultra positive... Meaning you must think they look very good?? Surely?? I think they look alot better than the previous seasons under the present promotion, for once we dont have a 5pt assessed donut in the team somewhere, all 7 have the potential to score points (all be it edberg probably only at home) but yeah im looking forward to next season for a change. Dont think we are class though

nagy1
whod you rather have?? He'd do a good job for you's on 6.20 ave. As I said before, Claus Vissing and Charles Wright would do for me! Both can ride Ashfield well
Gazc
Care to point out to me where I've claimed Berwick are 'class'? I must of missed that comment from myself. Well actually 7 of the 13 teams have named there 1-7 for next year, and of the other 6 teams 5 of them have 2 or less riders left to name so I think its quite acceptable to have an opinion on how teams look. Yes you are quite correct everyone is entitled to there opinion including you , it's just nobody is interested in your's .
highside
Nedermark would be a good addition to the tigers .
Paulco
Nedermark would be a good addition to the tigers . I think he would too , and i'm sure he's in the thinking . 12.03 left for two riders . Nedermark , or even Poty Sanchez, would only come into the reckoning if we landed Max Fricke on an assessed 5 . Then he could start at reserve , and with his reputation , he could be useful down there . If , however , Fricke goes elsewhere then it is more likely to be Charles Wright and either Lemon or Vissing , with Lemon being the more liklier . glasgowmicktiger
If lemon came he could do well if its a full season without injury so that would be a heat leader trio of joe james and mark. i reckon marks still got it in him and could help harley settle in quicker and at the same time spur him on having a young aussie around. as for henning well if he starts how he ended last season(and i dont mean his crash b.t.w) then we have a rider who will only improve imo and young joe im excited about his arrival cause were going to get a young brit whos about to show everyone he deserves to be in the premier and with the blend of youth and expierence its a good mix by the looks of it we have 6 riders all capable of passing and winning when hitting the front. im not sure what that leaves but if charles wright can fit then id be fairly happy with that team, charles and joe at reserve may well form a descent pairing, fairly strong with one or 2 question marks is how id describe us this season so lets gets behind the tigers. oh i hope the bar gets sorted for this season and wonder what track changes will do in terms of racing lines hopefully create at least another
wjm
Lemon is probably one of the older riders that wont decline as quickly as certain others have in the past, he is outstanding from the gate which should always see him round for about 7 points a meeting minimum, which isnt the worst basic return from a third heat leader. Not really been the wholesale changes I had expected at Glasgow this year, but you can understand a new promotion coming in and playing it pretty safe in their first year. NJC71
Can't understand why nobody has picked Nedermark up yet unless it's do with cost. On just over 6 he is a snip. He was our best rider over the second half of last season, is an absolutely superb gater and scores well virtually everywhere. If he retains his form from last year he's basically a third heat leader on a false average. Personally I was very surprised he wasn't retained by the Diamonds. luluthetiger
young joe im excited about his arrival cause were going to get a young brit whos about to show everyone he deserves to be in the premier There was a young Brit who was beginning to show how he deserved to be in the Premier. James McBain. Who lives some 375 miles closer to Ashfield than the lad Jacobs, who I have no complaint about otherwise.
Lioness
call me an idealist but I really dont get the argument based on 'who lives nearer' as opposed to 'who is better' Whilst James could have done a job as a 3 pointer for Glasgow all the indications are that Joe has the potential to do a better one all round and the promotion are to be congratulated on getting him to Glasgow. As for where he lives, he could live on Mars for all I care - he wants to ride for Glasgow and with his potential thats all the matters

Whilst James may score to his average at home having seen him away at Scunthorpe & Berwick he struggles to score any points think Mick is right in that he is at his level , on better machinery though who knows.

Not true. He continued in the same vein. Not being a reserve, he did not have the 7 ride option. Edited December 18, 2012 by Tsunami

Think you'll find he was our most consistent scorer away from home last year. If anything his best meetings were on the road, victories over Doyle at Somerset and from the back against Lanham at Ipswich just two examples. Would have to disagree would hold his own IMO.Been on bikes for a number of years.Watching Nick Morris at15 he is not a patch on Fricke.
