Berwick Bandits 2013

Recommended Posts

Sorry but i thought this was the Berwick Bandits 2013 page whatever happens with Berwick Rangers will not happen overnight probably be a few years yet if it ever does happen. At the end of the day Berwick Bandits have announced there team for 2013 hopefully news of a team sponsor to follow soon plus we have been allocated 2 big meetings for 2013 so lets look forward to the coming season instead of at the moment guessing what could happen.

Is it any different than Monarchs to Armadale if the situation arose.

Well there's no facility in Dunbar that I know of too facilitate that. I know that if Berwick did have to locate that it would realistically be a site in England nearer the town so the notion of moving to Dunbar where many fans of monarchs I know live is ridiculous.

Berwick belong in Berwick. Berwick team 2013 looks strong back to topic

Moving to Dunbar is a silly notion - doubt there would be more fans, the majority north of Dunbar ie in Edinburgh would support Edinburgh, would lose fans from further south in Northumberland and I'm guessing fans from the borders too, maybe, who knows, don't think we need to worry just yet

and you know that how?

Absolutely correct. Quite a bit north of both Glasgow and Edinburgh. Indeed, Berwick-on-Tweed is about the same latitude as Glasgow.

Wjm wants Berwick to move further north so he can be a regular esp now that GLasgow are mince

Bit like taking the mountain to Mohammed.

I think any move by BRFC to a potential new stadium is a few years off,if it happens atall,Im sure Berwick Speedway will be part of Berwick for a few seasons yet.
