screm
It would be interesting to do a psychological analysis of the people who seem to know the team, and why they feel the need to post on here that they do. I wonder why they need to do that? Insecure? Low self-esteem? There will be people who do know, but don't feel the need to tell the Internet community. I wonder what the difference is between the two groups? Just interested, really. Yes, more knockers on here would be great I like others have had a guess at the likely team, but like others,as soon as Alden went to Kings Lynn I was wrong. I dont know next years team and have no wish to know, like everyone else I will find out the team on friday. For me thats quick enough, this I know more than you is really quite sad.
luluthetiger
So its no Albin then, suspect his mentor Dick Barrie will be a little pi**ed might be no Dick either, its a win, win situation. Plymouth people are talking about signing an Argentinean? But Berwick without Mr Barrie would be like Laurel without Hardy. He's black-and-gold to the core. screm
Wouldn't it be interesting if all these who say they know the team had to write it down and put it in a sealed evelope to be opened on friday night after the official announcement. Bet they wouldn't be so keen to shout their mouth off then. Or post the "team". well today i was told the team and i must say that i am pleased with the result well done berwick !!!!!!! Then post the team Sir,otherwise I accuse you of posting waffle, not for the first time I may add.

That's nothing more than rumour regarding Plymouth and I personally would doubt a fully fledged Argentine (other than Sanchez is on their way). Robinh88
Reckon it will be Sanchez to be honest, reckon hell do well, he was decent on Trelawny's track anyways

wjm
Keeping Bellego would be massive, he is such a talent, he really kicked on from pretty much the Ipswich KOC meeting.

Elesmere Gunner
Keeping Bellego would be massive, he is such a talent, he really kicked on from pretty much the Ipswich KOC meeting. Would like to think Bellego, Ashworth, Aspegren, Edberg and Barrett must be in? That leaves about 13 to 14 points

He wont post the 'team' he has been told though because he's been fed a load of tosh, he knows no more than you or I For me I'd like to see Ashworth, Bellego and Smith then not too fussed about the rest as long as they are fully committed to riding for Berwick

Goldmember06
Add Aspegren plus 3 more good season in prospect Don't see what the fuss is with Aspegren, bit of an enigma really for me. Seemed to beat riders better than him easily then struggle against the lesser ones

Bandit1991
can anyone shed any light on the rumours posted earlier on this and Sheffields thread that Albin is infact going to Sheffield?
wjm
When you see the sides being put together by teams in the North it makes you realise how entertaining a meeting the Ben Fund will be at Berwick, makes sense all round to have local riders to get an even bigger crowd? Guys like Cook, Masters, Robson, Bach, Stead it would be a really decent start and that’s before you even think about guys like Barker (would surely want to defend his title) and a few EL riders who normally turn up like Hans Andersen who has been a regular. Sure whoever is there it will be an excellent occasion as a lot of the guys always seem really willing to race in this meeting. It’s a well worth cause anyway so worth attending, but it would really be a bonus for Speedway in The North, and not just Berwick if the event is well attended, would help increase the chances of more events coming up this way, which can only be a good thing for all Northern clubs..
