Heedthebaw
See fixtures out now? Couple nice Summer trips for Bandits, Ipswich then Scunthorpe early August and Leicester and Rye House Bank Holiday weekend. Shame Plymouth ride same night as Somerset or that could have been another on a Friday and Saturday? I know they tried for Somerset friday Plymouth Saturday but could not be done

Normally it is about May/June if my memory serves me correctly. They know how to keep me hanging on!

Willowman
at last new holland is the new sponcer Wow! That is quite some sponsor and a very appropriate one too considering the area. Good one the 'New Holland Bandits' promotion.

wjm
If the Berwick Promotion are going for a "gimme me the money" in their negotiations, then I fear they may end up empty handed.. The end result shows and the speculative post above shows why people struggle to take posters seriously.... Excellent work by the promotion to attract such a sponsor to Britsh Speedway, and not just Berwick. Edited January 27, 2013 by wjm

BigRackBandit
This can't be the same 'New Holland' that sponsor Juventus FC, is it? Edited January 27, 2013 by DeeksYaMahaga
StevePark
Well done to the Bandits for landing a company as big as New Holland....won't do the sport in general any harm either Has they ever been a company as big involved with speedway before?? Gulf Oil sponsored Edinburgh, many moons ago. Lada sponsored both Hull and Newcastle in the 80's. Newcastle were also sponsored by Federation Brewery in the 80's. Duckhams Oils sponsored Barrow in the 70's (when the were the Happy Faces). I'm sure there are plenty of others!

Very true, and if memory serves they have sponsored the Bordernaplis meeting in the last couple of season or so. Excellent news on the team sponsor,I hope it will be the start of a long tern relationship.
