There is no limit on r/r. There is a limit on a rider "withholding his services".

Correct and Glanz should not be classed as with holding his services as with any business if you are not paid for services rendered then you do not work again until payment is made.

It's like BT cutting you off for none payment of your phone bill and you requesting them to give you a temporary number until you can afford to pay the original bill

yeah no blame should be put on nicki glanz the promoter should be made answer questions infront of the bspa

There is no limit on r/r. There is a limit on a rider "withholding his services".

 

Limits are applied to the period you can carry R/R. If at the beginning of the season, you suffer an injury that is obvious it is going to be season long, you will not get R/R for the season, but only for sufficent time to genuinely replace the said injured rider. If it is late season, and with the current shortage of riders, the rules have not been applied strictly. It's a genuine case of the BSPA acting in the 'best interests of the sport' but they will not be given that credit by the usual ones on here.
