speeedy5
Looks like he will be riding for Kent however. Thought he is riding abroad again this year?
21st century heathen
Why would he not be able ride abroad and for Kent?

Shadders
It's as good as done that Robert will be racing for the Kings. Expect the announcement before the weekend is though... I'll not be surprised to see Robert in a Rockets racejacket in 2014.
21st century heathen
I wouldn't be surprised to see him in a Poole race jacket next season!

I'll not be surprised to see Robert in a Rockets racejacket in 2014. I would be, I'm expecting him to throw himself into the EL.
Ben91
He seemingly has a good relationship with Rye and I reckon he'll ride for the Rockets one day. As for beyond that, being from Norfolk, I can see him riding for Kings Lynn in the EL.
Bagpuss
I expect he'll ride for the highest bidder in the EL, he'll be able to name his price.
spin king
I expect he'll ride for the highest bidder in the EL, he'll be able to name his price. Same goes to for the Premier League, sentiment won't come into it.
adz_mft
Can't imagine him coming cheap this season either if he does ride in the NL
21st century heathen
He may not do our PL if he has other league offers. I expect he will have them queueing up abroad too.
Bavarian
He may not do our PL if he has other league offers. I expect he will have them queueing up abroad too. Until now, he is not listed in any of the German League team squads. My guess it that he will ride in England this year.
Shadders
Latest I've heard is that he can't commit to more than half a dozen meetings in England this year due to his continental commitments. That would rule out racing in the NL.

I find that strange. But things can change on that front.Would love to see him in the Brokstedt team which needs one or two youngsters.Maybe it is just that the Bundesliga dates aren't any good for him?Or maybe no-one has come up with a good enough offer?Although i doubt considering the meetings he was riding in last season that money is the problem
waiheke1
have only seen a bit of him on YouTube, how highly is he rated as a talent? is he at a darcy ward/mike lee level, a tai woffenden level or ...? when is a realistic timeline for gps? any allegiances to any particular el side? bolly
I've seen him practising at Rye after meetings etc. and was as fast as Steve Boxall who was on track at same time. Also seen on internet that he has raced and beaten the likes of Smolinski and Hefenbrock in Germany. So he is pretty fast for his age. I think he has had a lot of clubs courting him, but it appears Len Silver seems to be high on the list of preferred options. Kings then Rockets maybe ?? builderbob
only time will tell how good he will be. There have been many youngsters over the years susposedly destined for the very top but have so far most have, fallen short. Dave Norris, Chris Neath, David Mason, Eddie Kennett, Willie Lawson, Barry Evans, James Brundle, Lewis Bridger
westhamboy66
Agree with Shadders. If there was ever a done deal it is the one that will see him at Rye Alongside Garrity Nelson Lykke And Mellgren in 2014. Nothing to gain from the NL he needs to be riding against his betters to continue his rapid improvement. Many knock Len Silver but there are reasons the likes of Woffinden Sundstrom and Kennett chose Rye House to further their careers and contrary to opinion it has little to do with cash. One season at PL maybe enough but i hope it's two
Triple.H.
I wouldn't have thought Rye House were big payers but i bet the riders get paid their money on the dot, plus Mr Silver and his son have plenty of knowledge to pass on to a rider keen to take it on board. A track you can practice on almost always available and riders seem to be very loyal to the team/promotor.
