speedy17
it could be with Neils being in the GPs he decides to give the UK a miss but I feel we could well be told buy his contract from Pboro and no loan . If that was the case you could end dreams in Niels coming back, Chapmans won't ever push out 20K plus for a rider and that is fact. If Niels doesn't come back i think we might get Pedersen for the crowd draw.

You may be right and if we're ask / told to buy his contract, for me it would be "thanks but no thanks". It is of no financial benefit to the club to purchase GP riders
Bagpuss
I agree, shelling out a large sum for a GP rider in his thirties probably doesn't make great business sense. I guess it all depends on what P'boro want....if the loan amount is hefty they may be happy to draw a yearly fee off their asset.rather than selling him. I thought loan fees where at a fixed rate relevant to a riders EL average? Edited November 22, 2012 by screamer
Bagpuss
No idea mate, if thats the case then fair enough. To be honest I'd not blame P'boro for wanting a transfer fee for a rider's third consecutive season at another club.
naffer
Pretty sure, it is a set tariff dependant on the previous years average.

semion
it looks like darcy ward isnt going back to poole. would like to see him in kings lynn team Would you really ? If he isnt at Poole I feel he will go to the highest bidder. Now which Elite League owner has the deepest pockets ? A mild morning, no nip in the air would be my guess.

pubichair
Bomber to lynn? Wouldnt mind him and niels top 2 next season!
EnglishRoundabout
Bomber would be mustard riding at Lynn every week. The Robins are assembling a nice looking side already, but i must admit i would be envious if you guys were to sign Harris.
Bagpuss
I'd pay extra to watch Bomber at Lynn every Wednesday, isn't ever going to be much more than an eight point man but so good to watch on a good speedway track. Just wonder as well if Nicolai Klindt would be worth a punt in the middle order on 5.68, should be averaging way more and if our Danes return it could provide him with the right environment to kick on after a couple of reasons of stagnation. Daniel Smith
Iversen, Harris, Schlein, Klindt & Korneliussen would be an awesome top 5, but can it fit with half descent reserves? ? hans fan
Iversen, Harris, Schlein but that will be 3 out of the top 20 wont it ???
Daniel Smith
but that will be 3 out of the top 20 wont it ??? So it is, good spot. In that case I'd rather we have Schlein than Harris
Bagpuss
With Mads to back them up. Add a five and a half pointer in the middle order and that'd leave around 14 for the bottom three.....Mateuz, Kevin and a three pointer (Birks, Eklof, MPT)
speedy17
Iversen 8.84 Klindt 5.68 Mads 6.70 Allen 5.77 (DU) Schlein 7.33 L Bjerre 4.83 (DU) Birks 3.35 (DU) Total 42.50
