dj350z
Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase take us back to the Premier League Buster. The shenanigans of Poole & now Swindon have joined the party. Elite League is killing me!!!!!! I said during the 2010/2011 'winter of discontent' that KL & Brum supporters would regret joining the EL as in my opinion the clubs were doing it for the wrong reasons............ And in doing so they have now helped create a much weaker product and in turn supporters are walking away in protest.
speedy17
Stead out for season with broken leg after falling off in practice yesterday. I think best plan of action is a temporary replacement until Mads is fit and then put Mads in if the averages fit. As far as who the temp replacement could be, I can't see us going for a foreign youngster again. And there aren't too many who could do a job from the PL but I'd give Josh G a go as he's in pretty good form at the mo, or Lasse Bjerre. But yet again another injury ruining are season plans. semion
I think its unfair to keep expecting Buster to pull rabbits out of a hat. The Guy has everything he could to keep us on track, fate appears to be very much against him. The only slight glimmer is if we can somehow stoumble our way into the play-offs, and then hope Mads is back, and also that the 2 new signings hit the road running. Unless of course the hate of fate has something else waiting for us.
Steve Shovlar
What is up with Gomolski? Didn't hear that he had a crash abroad. Where did it happen?
noggin
compared to Gomolski, Gathercole is a 10 point swing in Swindon's favour I know Gomolski is poor, but even he couldn't post a minus score.
tellboy
Poor old Simon hasn't had any luck season. King's Lynn don't seem to have any luck with injuries this season.Think we need to get a replacement as soon as possible.Pawlicki will fit after he is dropped by Poole but wouldn't want him,but we do currently have points to play with so now is the time to change before averages change again.Currently we could bring a rider in on over 7pt average
foreverblue
What is up with Gomolski? Didn't hear that he had a crash abroad. Where did it happen? Apparently twisted ankle during training, you couldn't make it up or maybe you could!
dj350z
Apparently twisted ankle during training, you couldn't make it up or maybe you could! Has he got the same doctor as Prezemy Pawlicki?
Chalkie
Apparently twisted ankle during training, you couldn't make it up or maybe you could! Kind of the same situation as Steady, injured during practice/testing, although Simon's injury is much worse. Photos of Gomolski's ankle are available on Twitter and it does look very sore-I think it would make riding a speedway bike difficult. Not as difficult as a broken leg but hey ho!

Bagpuss
Just one of those seasons where nothing has gone right and injuries have come along with depressing regularity. All we can realistically hope for now is a bit of pride and some decent experience for some youngsters ready for next year.
YerRopes
Enjoyed that, probably the best EL meeting I've seen on Sky this year (so far)... Well done to Troy as Captain, Killer and Nick too and a special mention for young Ash. Whetted the appetite for tomorrow, but having checked the Robins web site, there is no news of who is replacing Hans.. In fact, there is no news from Swindon or Hans at all about recent events...(very poor indeed).. Will go tomorrow though - well done Rosco & the Robins on tonight's win Oh dear wrong thread... Still it gives me the opportunity to wish Simon the quickest of all recoveries - you don't deserve it mate Edited June 26, 2013 by yerropes
Haza
Well if we are going to have a last throw of the dice we need another fresh face and I'd guess we have a few points to play with but again the obvious question is who ?

kelvinht
if we are to have one last throw of the dice it needs to be someone who can come in and score points from the off. Would Darcy Ward fit now the bottom end is weaker. Guess that would possibly need another change but we could do worse!

Daniel Smith
Even if averages have dropped enough to allow for equivalent points to Darcy's average I think you're still only allowed 2 riders from last season's top 20. That would mean dropping Iversen or Schlein
