EnglishRoundabout
Back to the rest of the team, for me Stead is gonna be the bargain of the season. He'll be getting regular rides d/up with Sheffield so should be sharp for his Stars matches. I can only see him going one way, and its not down...it'll be close between him and Mads for the 3rd heat leader spot all season Lynn may have to be cute with their riding order. Mads and Steady together may be a no no. Both vying for the same bit of shale.
LagutaRacingFan
Has MJJ had talks with Coventry ? No. If MJJ rides in the UK, It will be for the club that is in his heart, He isn't like Niels that chases the next big pay cheque after learning his trade at Peterborough. LagutaRacingFan
Panthers have never played cheque book speedway, A financially successful business man like Rick Frost doesn't become a millionaire through luck, He is a shrewd businessmen and like all businessmen, He is very financially prudent. If we played cheque book speedway, I doubt Allen,Monberg,Lasse and Rene Bach would be anywhere near a Panthers side.

I'd say its a given that Mads and Klindt will pair up in the middle order. get your facts right Niels first rode for the STARS not the Pussycats if he learnt his trade anywhere it was the year he spent at Newport in the PL . Very financially prudent ??? With 750 regular fans ??
LagutaRacingFan
just one rider THJ are you sure about not being cheque book speedway . Very financially prudent ??? With 750 regular fans ?? How exactly was THJ expensive? Poole couldn't fit him in and other EL clubs were already out of the play-off race or didn't have space in the team to fit him in. Rick is financially prudent, You don't become a millionaire through reckless spending and chucking money down the gutter.
Star Lady
I've been following the NKI thing with interest, especially his reported comments on the speedwaygp site. I'm wondering if Peterboro continue to refuse to allow him to ride for Lynn if he will be the rider that challenges the asset system in the courts. Cue arbitration ruling in Lynn's favour "in the best interests of the sport"...You heard it here first

Star Lady
Iversen is not stupid, His lawyer would get torn apart by Rick's QC No Iversen is most definitely not stupid. It would never get as far as court. The mere threat would hav e the BSPA convening an EGM so fast it would break all track records in the land. As I said "in the best interests of the sport"

em1500uk
Kris/Kristina's comments should be taken with comedy in mind as far as I'm concerned. Just dish a bit of the ol' sarcasm or whatever back just for humour. That's what I do All in all, I'm fairly happy with that side. Daren't say that we're title contenders until all of the other EL teams have been announced. We haven't got another full team to compare them to! Sad to see David Howe, Kevin Wolbert and Mateusz Szczepaniak make way, but I had already expected that news before last night, so it wasn't a big shock. Hope this issue with Peterborough and Niels is resolved soon. Stop all of this faffing and just let the bloke go where he wants. We know the club have stated in the past that they won't pay silly amounts of money for a rider, so I don't think a big fat cheque is why Niels wants to stay. Going by his tweets over this last season, I just get the impression that he feels happy and content where he is. The latest SpeedwayGP interview just clarifies that for me. He feels appreciated. That can go a long way in my opinion.

Iversen signed a contract with Peterborough to hand them rights over where he rides in the British Elite League and giving Peterborough first choice on his services Was Iversen forced to sign the contract? No Was a gun held to his head to sign the contract? No All Rick has to do is show Niels signature on that document to the governing body. Steve0
So are KL going to put their hands in their pockets to buy NKI and Mads? They've had both on loan for a good few seasons now so I would expect them to purchase them both as neither look like going back to their parent clubs anytime soon.
