semion
I just figure that after the opening season in the Elite league Buster will want to get us back up to that level. Last seasons team never looked that strong from the ouset, and so it proved. Gates dropped. we have had 2 years to find out feet back at this level. Now we need to move up to the next level and compete at the business end of the table.
Star Fever
There will be brits in there... Have i missed a new rule or something? Must every team have a Brit? (or even worse..two Brits?)
Daniel Smith
Have i missed a new rule or something? Must every team have a Brit? (or even worse..two Brits?) There are a few I wouldn't mind in the team (not all at the same time I might add), Barker, Harris, Birks, Howe, Cook, Bridger, Mear, R Worrell, Tully to name a few. Improvement on their current averages in every single one of them

Improvement on their current averages in every single one of them Sure theres some decent Brit riders, but apart from Harris the others you mentioned are all PL standard riders (or should be in Bridger's case) - if the Elite league truly wants to be ELITE then theres not many Brits who'd qualify sadly. And yes i could tolerate one but not two :/ (Having said that - i'd rather see a Brit than Bjarne Pedersen as someone suggested) Edited November 13, 2012 by Star Fever
Bagpuss
It's all relative though....what you, I or anyone else thinks or wants the EL to be is irrelevant really. It is what it is unfortunately. As it stands it seems that the points limit is likely to be 42.5 and very few of the world's top men will be racing over here, and if rumour is to be believed Buster is keen to have more British riders in the side for next year. On that basis riders like Richie Worrall and Craig Cook would be very good signings although personally I think both will be out of Lynn's reach. Daniel Smith
I don't think the averages fit so I'd assume contracts have been offered but at most, 2 of those riders won't feature
