mdmc82
I think Iversen has been EL rider of the year. The problem that comes with that for Kings Lynn fans is that it means he will be in demand. X

Game On
NKI is a must as far as I'm concerned and I can't understand why any Stars fan wouldn't be pleased to see him back as our No1 in 2013 Maybe because he never has two good seasons on the bounce. castrolargh
Maybe because he never has two good seasons on the bounce. Nor has he ever had a season as good as this one, by a long chalk, seems to have stepped up a level
g13webb
Maybe because he never has two good seasons on the bounce. Well he has now..... In 2011 he was a very good Heat leader and finished in the top 10 of the league averages. Becaused he was overshadowed by Kenneth Bjerre, people seem to forget how good he was. This year he has been superb and exceeded all that was expected of him. Next year will be the icing on the cake riding in the SGP's. No I don't expect him to win, or even be in the top half dozen, but he will go out there and perform. His bikes will be quick and he'll make a lot of gates. For the so called favourites, Niels will be someone they won't relish. Niels K Iversen 8.84 Chris Harris 7.91 Maciej Janowski 6.13 Olly Allen/ Kevin Wolbert 5.77 Patrick Hougaard 4.98 Mateusz Szczepaniak 4.93 Kozza Smith/ Ashley Birks 3.73 42.29 (based on rumours that the proposed limit for 2013 is 42.5) Thats not a bad team, as good as I've seen so far. Obviously a bit of tinkering here and there, but generally pretty good.
stratton
Maybe because he never has two good seasons on the bounce. Iversen I believe is a top 8 rider, this year what a season he has had and next year he could get stronger. If his equipment again improves he has the talent to be a force and i think to drop out of the series but regroup and qualify on merit is a great achievement i back him to be in the the top 8 unless injured. em1500uk
Based purely on Nermark's average Em, its an attractive figure when you consider what he should be capable of. I'd put riders like Kennett, Bridger, Schlein, Bjarne and possibly Harris in the same bracket as for me and for various reasons they are all capable of sticking at least a point on their starting figures. Lynn has over the last ten years proved to be a good environment for riders to get their careers back on track and increase their averages and that is the secret to a good team, and Neils apart one of the reasons why we had a poor season in 2012. I wouldn't mind seeing Rory Schlein or Chris Harris in our colours, but the others...nah thanks If Belle Vue's short term future isn't guaranteed, then maybe Schlein is a possibility, unless Coventry wish to use him again? semion
Do we know yet if Rob Lyon has departed as team manager, and if so who will be coming in ?
em1500uk
Not heard a thing on the grapevine with regards to that subject... No news is hopefully good news but there's no telling! Was meant to post this on here before, but it slipped my mind, but I take it there was no dinner and dance this year? Even when we haven't had a particularly good season, I've thought we've always had some kind of get together for supporters and riders at the end of a season, but this year, I haven't seen or heard one being advertised. That in itself seems a little odd...
pointsmeanplayoffs
Wasn't there supposed to be a 5pm announcement today? Possible Rooboy signing? That would be superb.
Bee 26
I feel it is right to clear up many rumours regarding my future as a Belle Vue rider. Unfortunately I will not be returning to the Aces for the 2013 season. I would like to assure people I am not running away because things have got tough, but simply because I haven't received the necessary assurances that changes would be happening to ensure the club would move on from the failures of last season. I would like to thank all the great Belle Vue fans for their support (including the Mexican Mad Hatters) and I also wish the club well and hope it succeeds in building the new stadium. I would also like to thank my sponsors AUTOGATE, GEORGE CARSWELL, ATPI and ROCK OIL for their time, effort and support which has really been appreciated and hope you will continue to support me wherever I end up racing. Fingers crossed that making my availability known now will ensure I find another team place in the Elite League in time for next season, I will keep you posted with any news. speedy17
I reckon Howe is the only likely one out of them 3... Howe, Allen, Bridger, Cook and Birks would all be welcome in one way or another.
