If riding the normal line is 'filthy' then all the riders are filthy.

Nicki was leading the race, AJ never even got alongside him and tried to go for a gap that was never, ever going to be there.

I don't like Nicki and reacted with a shout when the incident first happened, but upon reflection he did absolutely nothing wrong. He also did what every other rider in the series would have done in that position. At the time of AJ going down, they weren't even out to the fence, AJ miscalculated. Simple as.

Spot on.

It's good to have NIgel Pearson without Kelvin Tatum as any other co-commentator seems to act like a speed govenor on him. Whilst in contrast when coupled with Kelvin they seem to feed off each other in an ever increasing frenzy of screaming like a supercell storm spiralling out of control when not much happens at all. Anyway, i know, enough! of the commentator talk it's been done to the death, apologies was just a passing thought.

So one can only say it's great to be enjoying yet another great GP. Such a pity that the sport lost so many viewers in the awful couple or so seasons when we had mind numbing non-racing.

Nicki did the same thing as AJ to one of the Russians in a SWC and was excluded and moaned that the Russian was at fault.

It's standard Nicki no matter what happens it is the other guy.

Must admit I think he has a point here as AJ went for the gap and NP did what most riders would do in that position after the last bend.

Hard but for me 6 of 1 and half dozen of the other.

Don't think Nicki is gonna have an easy night from the crowd.

How can the word "tosser" be offensive?

What do they expect when they shove a mike under the nose of a rider who has been badly wronged by the ref yet again?

Has Nicki ever accepted that he has done anything wrong?

I suspect the producer knew exactly what he was doing shoving a mike under Nicki's nose in that circumstance and knew exactly what to expect.

Judging by the cacophany of boos whilst they are showing the graphics i'm guessing Nicki doing a lap of honour after his race win.

What do you mean 'leave room'. If a rider is alongside you, leave him room. AJ was not ever alongside Pedersen.

I mean exactly what I say.... there is a difference between leaving too much room and enough room.............. too much room is what Lindgren just left and he got passed...... enough room is enough for the rider to stay on their machine but not overtake or end up in a heap

Nicki has always had the third option which is to see riders smacking into the fence or cartwheeling down the straight

AJ had been buzzing around him for the previous lap and a half... Nikki knew he was there which is why he made his exaggerated slide to the fence

I watched several times now and I'd say Pedersen drifted wide deliberately.

Jonsson's chase for the eighth place being hit hard by his absence now. A pleasure to see such great racing once more from this track they swooping and buzz bombing all over the joint.

You leave room when a rider is alongside you. If they're buzzing around behind you, you ride your line and try to block if you can. Which is what Nicki did.

I've seen Hancock, Sayfutidnov, Crump, Gollob and all the other riders do the same move of the final bend.

Of course he did, as is his right as he was clearly in front.

Gate Two 24

Gate Three 23

I'd take the opinion of the guys who've ridden bikes i.e. Ermolenko and Louis over yours any day.

there is a difference between a rider being completely behind and no chance of them coming alongside .....and a rider who is able to get alongside even with just one wheel

no one is saying that riders should wave others past but there is a reason why riders leave a gap outside them......... this isnt rollerball!
