Shadders
As long as it isn't Robbie Kessler, Ross Brady or Ray Morton! Joel Parsons was in the pits at Sheffield on Thursday
Guest
Are you serious? *edit* B4E just told me you're not! The reference to David Mason was indeed a joke but not against the rider. Edited May 19, 2013 by Guest
iand
Could Rye bring in a 7pt young foreigner similar to what we did last year with Lykke to gain a average in preparation for next year and then bring back Jason G when fit? At the moment with the way the team is performing we could carry a youngster like we did last year with Kasper.

iand
Would this 7 point foreigner gain an average before Jason returns? In June we have 4H and4A league matches. Would that be enough for someone to gain an average?
Shadders
Weather permitting!! I'm not sure they will go down that route anyway Ian... Linus landed in their laps as he was over here doing meetings looking to impress and was probably influenced by Stefan Ekberg. Kasper was recommended by Charlie Gjedde. I don't know if the Rye promotion has anyone looking around Scandanavia for riders, maybe Stefan? Edited May 20, 2013 by Shadders

hooversquash
According to the latest Greensheets, he has a 4.44 average for Lakeside. Could he fit in at Rye?

tocha
Not as a straight replacement for Jason G I shouldn't think... Plymouth are looking to make changes Rob Mear is signed as a temporary replacement for Jason Garrity. http://www.ryehouserockets.co/news.php?extend.583 I doesn't say if Rye will have to redeclare but with new averages coming out today but, not taking effect until 1st June, I.m guessing they must have to. dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Hope they've done their maths right. You have run for 2 months more than 2 points under the limit so the 'in the interests of speedway' rule should apply if adding up is a bit out! I'm sure they've done their homework, unlike with the Tyson Neslon debacle a couple of weeks ago!
bolly
Fairly satisfied with that news and I bet Craig is well happy that he doesn't have to think of a new nickname for the rider. The return of the 'Mearkat', simples. Doh.
Rockets
Agree with everyone. Good signing. This will at least soften the blow ( a little) of Jason's injury and will take some of the pressure off JB and SL by avoiding rider replacement.
