T.N.T.
Monday nights are causing some of the trouble with riders already riding in Poland and Sweden find it hard to suddenly set up to ride on a Monday night over here. Michelson at Eastbourne is a good example as even riding in Poland and Sweden, he has a day off inbetween each meeting, giving him time to get bikes over here for a meeting later in the week. The affordable line may just be that if a rider does agree to ride here, he wants two bikes staying here, a van, mechanics, flights and accmodation sorted which some riders will insist on. There will be riders the club have talked to that have either gone elsewhere or simply turned down riding in England but I'm sure Wolves will have a 7 man team before the play offs arrive which we will be in, so as the famous saying goes DON'T PANIC !!! ..... DON'T PANIC !!!!
Swifty
See Ermolenko had a spin after the meeting, maybe he could be the new number 2, seems like everyone else has been mentioned....

stevebrum
Wolves fans are hoping Lakeside don't make the play offs Why? Doesn't matter to us who makes the top 4. We should feel confident enough over 2 legs over all the teams that can make it.
Tommy Sweetman
Wolves fans are hoping Lakeside don't make the play offs Whys that then?.Dont say we get Bridger on loan,if the Hammers dont make it.Rather have R/R than to see him in a Wolves race suit. Would love to have Bridger at #2 in the play offs but his average is slightly too high so very unlikely he will be signing

T.N.T.
or J00000nas Davidsson Have to say I found a few of the fans comments funny before the meeting on Monday. "I would sign that Patryk Dudek to replace Proctor" ...... "We should go for Mikael Max" ...... "What about Sayfutdinov to replace Proctor as Ty has a near 9 average in the Speedway Star" Those were just three of the comments which are way off the mark as all those riders have higher averages ...... Personally I would go for that Gollob fella Edited July 31, 2013 by T.N.T.

magnificentseven
One rumour I have heard bandied about is that R/R is not going to be allowed in the Play Offs - can anyone confirm or deny this - or has that part of the rule book not been written yet If it is true then we will have to sign someone. Wolfie Going into the play offs with R/R would be a huge gamble, the possibility of going down to 5 riders in a meeting is always a possibility, and that would be a difficult hurdle to overcome. I really hope Wolves get someone in soon....
Lefty
The facility for using R/R for Ty Proctor should have been withdrawn once Plymouth replaced him. That might have forced the Wolves management to do something!

T.N.T.
The facility for using R/R for Ty Proctor should have been withdrawn once Plymouth replaced him. That might have forced the Wolves management to do something! 15th July Proctor was removed from the Plymouth 1-7 and since then we have had just 2 home meetings. They have obviously been talking to riders but got nowhere ....... no team should be forced into making a change and sign a rider they don't want. One rumour I have heard bandied about is that R/R is not going to be allowed in the Play Offs - can anyone confirm or deny this - or has that part of the rule book not been written yet If it is true then we will have to sign someone. Cant say for definate, but if Wolves declare that they can't find a suitable replacement, then R/R has to still be an option for them as they can't be forced into signing a rider that is not upto the job o they had no intention of signing. Frankly I think Wolves will NOT be going into the play offs using R/R for Proctor and think a new signing will be named just before they start and make us stronger away from home at the right time as we need it with the way Swindon and Poole are dominating at their home tracks. You don't see R/R being used in Poland unless it's for a top rider, anyone else and it's a reserve = team sign a new rider & don't short change their customers!
