LagutaRacingFan
This is surely where the BSPA use the rule that basically says, they can veto any team declaration in the interests of the sport. Riders should have to stay in a team for 28 days unless long term injured (dr note for 4 weeks needed) As for replacements for Wolves, how about Miskowiak? On what basis? Just because it's Poole. Their is no facility for a rider that hasn't ridden for the club, That's the rule that needs to be amended.

Rightly or wrongly I wanted gating Bob in the team from the beginning and said so, we wouldn't know whether we'd be be on arse or elbow at Monmore but he'd do daft things away, leaving folks scratching their heads 'who'd of thought it?'. Whoever the replacement, should that become necessary, IMHO he must have experience of British tracks. It's ok folks suggesting untried Danes for example, and they may be right, but in Wolves position we need points now, 'plenty next season' doesn't cut it. Personally, I can't think of anyone better the Bob. On the other hand, can we fit Walesek in? That should annoy a few down Dorsetshire way, which is always a good thing. :D Edited July 5, 2013 by Wolfsbane
BWitcher
I'll divorce myself from the Poole it is/isn't fair discussion for the time being. Arguably our season has been set up by Ty's sudden upswing. Bad news as they are, Tai & Fred's injuries could/can be covered more 'comfortably'. I want Proctor back in the team yesterday, but by all accounts, it ain't looking good for 2013. Which brings me to the point. CVS & Adams are legendary for dithering and faffing about when change is needed, even if we are bottom of the bloody league. How much ruddy longer/points are we going to drop before a decision is made? Say what you like about Fat Maud but he don't hang about. $hit, I wasn't supposed to mention them I agree, but we need a rider we are confident will score more than Skornicki, Wells + 2 riders for Ludd/Thorsell would produce.. and is under Proctors average. SCB suggests Miskowiak. I'd actually say that was a good call. It would also be very amusing... Edited as just seen your futher post where you concur! BWitcher
But of course, it's not possible as Poole have told us.
Wolfsbane
Heat 15, play off final at Wimborne Rd., Wolves need 3 points for the title. Tapes up, huge roar from the black country mob on tne first bend, , 'gooooo on Bobby my son', Misko is all over the shop but as hard as they try Noddy & Darsey can't make a pass and the shiny thing is heading back up the M5. Fat Maud heads for the stop tap and.......sorry?, what was that love?, oh, I'll take the recycling out in a minute'. *wakes up* #itwasgoodwhileitlasted. But that's the point - there are points limits and team building regs. I don't really care if other promoters are coming round to thinking about squads because for now - they aren't allowed - except it seems for Poole! I do hope the BSPA block any subsequent dropping of Kozza until he has ridden the required 28 days! This is just getting silly now ! Where's this 'required 28 days' from??? Give me a link please! Steve0
Where's this 'required 28 days' from??? Give me a link please! Regardless of what it says - do you think signing a rider for one match is acceptable? If the answer is yes then I am the one that is shocked

T.N.T.
Well if Kozza Smith was signed for one meeting, he mde it a good one with 11+1 !! With Noddy injured at Coventry, do they have time to redeclare with Miskowiak and Pawlicki recalled ..... just for Monday

Not ideal, but im sure Poole have other things to think about at the moment. This puts a different aspect on the outcome of the meeting on monday. TBH,this(together with Fred,s injury, has put a bit of a dampner on it for me.

stevebrum
As for replacements for Wolves, how about Miskowiak? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thank you. Never saw the reason why some felt he should have been included from the off, his performances for Poole being the obvious reason why he isnt the answer then OR now. A newcomer can be the only answer (so long as its someone like Mikkelsen/Zmarlik)

A newcomer can be the only answer (so long as its someone like Mikkelsen/Zmarlik) Zmarzlik is not interested in sandwiching the UK between Poland and Sweden and Michelsen would be a good signing but a lot of clubs are after him. Personally, I can see Nicolai Klindt back at Wolves as on his average, He could prove to be an astute signing.
