stevebrum
Will Tai be in the team next year ? i'm not too sure I am. Harris is meant to be due a testimonial but that doesnt make him nailed on. Hope freddie stays with wolves though & harris with cov. X The difference however is that Freddie has always been at Wolves , unlike Bomber.
SteveEvans
I wouldn't be opposed to loaning Tai for a year. Nothing against him just would give a more balanced and less decimation if he or Freddie is hurt and R/R simply not good cover. I think he would come back a much better rider and #1 should Freddie decide not to do EL after his testimonial year.
Pinny
As much as I despise Tai, his average has been going up each year to the point where he is now higher than Lindgren, and Lindgrens average is on the decline now. Id keep Tai over Lindgren. That said I do NOT think Tai is ready for the GP series.

As far as the GP`s go, he wont do any worse than Bomber and if a Brit is to be wild carded then i would say he is nailed on for a place. LagutaRacingFan
2012: Lindgren - 9.21 + Woffinden 8.52 = 17.73 2013: Lindgren - 8.65 + Woffinden 8.80 = 17.45 Gives Wolves something to play with but the 3rd heat leader role is crucial for them, Klindt is not very good and Proctor has been a 2nd string for most of his life and doesn't look like moving forward. Options: 1. Leon Madsen - 6.10 2. Robert Miskowiak - 5.
english roundabout
Not sure how anyone can `despise` woffinden, but each to their own. I rate him highly but for me, another season and, riding in the number one berth, would be beneficial. Scott nicholls would probably like to think he was a better option as a british wildcard. I'd be surprised if there is a place for a brit next season though.
T.N.T.
Another of tnts prediction threads in which he will link every rider holding a speedway license to Wolves!! Someone asked a question ..... I answered it I have given examples of what was left but it doesnt say that they WILL be the riders coming in. As far as I can see, I would say the definate / most likely starters for Wolves next season are .... Tai Woffinden, Fredrik Lindgren,Ricky Wells, Mikkel Michelsen and Jacob Thorssell / Pontus Aspgren ..... who the other two places go to are very much depending on what happens at the AGM as to which way the team will go in my opinion. T Proctor could well feature .... possibly doubling up with Ricky Wells
Pinny
I just dont see how you can call Michelsen a probable Wolves rider for 2013 on the basis he is riding in an end of season open meeting. He may well line up for you but he is just as likely to join any other team (maybe not BV ) at this stage. Or have I missed something? Probably putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with a probable 4. What we do know is that CVS is on record having signed 2 `unknown` up and coming riders from abroad mid way in the season. If one of them is Michelsen then he appears to be a rising star and i would be delighted (saying that i was delighted when we signed the highly talent Pole Sowka). Was Michelsen on every EL team`s radar at that point then? Michelsen along with MJJ and MBJ were all very sought after riders before the season started. MBJ and Michelsen were still finishing their schooling and declined any offers from England ...... so I would say all three were on everyone's radar for sometime. Michelsen is not in the Olympique on Tuesday, possibly because of a fall in the last round of the World U21's. The two "unknown" riders that are appearing are very unlikely to be in Wolves plans for next season. Edited October 14, 2012 by T.N.T. stevebrum
Guess thats clear then, no chance of Michelsen next season.
BWitcher
Steve, Firstly you have misread TNT. The 2 'unknown' riders in the Olympique are not the 2 'unknown' riders discussed at the talkin, if indeed such 2 riders ever existed. Secondly.. if you believe anything TNT says.... Can I ask, was it ever announced anywhere that Michelsen was to ride in the Olympique? Or has once again TNT been talking tripe as he has been banging on for weeks he would be riding in it. Michael was signed by Peterborough last year in May and made his debut in August so why would teams be trying to sign him up when he was already signed up? As for the 2 mystery riders being the 2 in the Olympique, i didnt think that for one minute, but would be nice to think one of them is under consideration for next season. Isnt one of the them the Pole who flopped for Belle Vue?? Another Sowka NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Edit - just checked its Fajzer (who i saw ride in the U21`s at Poole last year) and not Kajzer. Phew! As for the mystery duo. I was at the talk in and CVS stated they would be over later that week to discuss the deal. Edited October 15, 2012 by stevebrum

Did he flop for Belle Vue? he got booted out after about 3 matches.. won heat 8 in his final match I believe? Not doubting what was said at the talk-in Steve.. doesn't mean it ever happened though. Not to mention under what rule could we possibly 'sign 2 riders' that have never raced for us.

Probably the same rule that Holder was brought over by Poole and rode for IOW for 2 seasons and Tai signing and riding for Rye. edited the last post , different Pole.
