Yea i agree!

maybe a new asset.

Mikkelsen or Beck would be nice ;)

Always thought we should have signed Mikkelsen instead of Skornicki.Especially with the sort of average that Adam is on.

How would the points limit be affected if that took place, and would there be anything left over for a new reserve.

Back from a slightly low key meet and greet at Monmore tonight.

RICKY - ANNOUNCED AS AN ASSET. Has travelled in close season.

ADAM - Worryingly has only had 35 meetings in the past 2 seasons. Not confident on a bike yet and very rusty.

TY - Sees this as a make or break year. Has made changes (in and out of speedway). Has a 4 year goal. Will need surgery on his hip at the end of the season from the crash he had in Oz.

LUDDY - Has signed for 4 meetings. Wants to make it difficult for CVS so is clearly hoping to stay.

JACOB - Is riding in both Swedish leagues. Not interested in PL.

FRED - Enjoyed his testimonial. Only Hans and Rory (really, surely not moaning??!!!) moaned about the track. The others need to back up him and Tai.

TAI - New engine for GP`s. Thinks he has better equipment for this time around. Is targeting a top 8 finish. Has Pete Adams in his pit crew. Is only riding UK and Poland. Is expecting changes if team doesnt perform. Has worked out why he gets colds and tired mid season, due to not enough calories in his diet. Currently on 1200 a day. Will be 1500 for race meets.

Other things that came out -----

- Parrys may stay on next season

- Sponsors, Parrys, Sam, riders want CVS to `get tough` if riders under-perform. Success is expected this season.

- Sam Masters : MP in Scotland fighting for his Visa. 2 riders have been allowed in that didn't initially meet criteria. The new rule says you have to apply for return Visa BEFORE current one expires.

- Jacob and Sam seen as key riders.

- Mikael Max asked to ride for Wolves in February

- Adams thinks Kings Lynn, Swindon, Poole and Birmingham look solid.

- State of British Speedway (CVS) : Lots of clubs struggled to get through last season. Another year like the last with the weather will see some clubs not being able to get through the year.

- *FIXTURE CHANGE* - Cov v Wolves moved to April 29th to suit SKY.

- Covers for SKY meetings should be available by May.

- 2014 could see a return to packed silencers.

- If Sam`s visa is denied? Likely will need 2 changes however.

Very interesting bits of info there Steve, especially the piece about Mikael.

Seems Tai wont tolerate failure this season.

It is very interesting and I can see Mikael Max + A.N.Other replacing Masters if he doesn't get a visa + Adam Snornicki sooner than later. Feel sorry for Adam Snornicki and who knows what might happen. :approve: :approve: :approve:

Ironically CVS said it would be a backward step to bring back Mikael.

**Also just to add, anyone with a spare hour or so on Sunday could help volunteers clear the snow from the track so Doc can work his magic.

Bring a spade!!**

Apologies over spelling Skornicki wrong pressed wrong key never checked before posting. It wasn't a joke BWitcher I can assure you. Have you never made a mistake?

No problems, as you had made the mistake twice.. it appeared to be derogatory.

Glad to hear it wasn't :)

Coventry aren't going to have any assets left soon. :P

We have to many assets and looks like the asset system could be collapsing. Good business sense dont you think?

Wait until the pro Horton brigade spot your post.

Why keep the likes of Wells and Schlein as assets when they wont ride for the Bees again?
