Red Panda
Need some help......... Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere to park in Cardiff without height restrictions that is not going to cost a fortune? We have a small motorhome which has a height clearance of 9ft 4 approx so multi storey places are out as are a lot of ground level car parks....... Many thanks RP PS also if anyone knows of any campsites within a 10 mile radius with spaces for Saturday night I would appreciate it if you could message me the details......... SCB
http://www.lavernockpoint.com/ About 10-12 miles away. As for parking, theres a few pay and displays but you would have to get their early-ish. edit > And how fecking lazy are people that the County Hall car park has to be park and ride, it's a 10-15 minute walk into the centre, probably take longer than that to wait for the bus and for it to then drive into the centre. SCB
We'll get a cab. Trust me, it's quicker to walk than it is to wait for a cab. Unless theres any women in the group, why do they always walk so slow?

Gosa78
Hi Just wondering if any Rebels fans going Cardiff GP have 2 spare seats in car for the wife and myself will give a helping hand in fuel costs. Based on holiday village and looking at trains but getting back maybe a issue so any help would be appreciated. paulr2
Oli, try the megabus from Cannon Park --Just checked the site and leaves at 05:45 into Cardiff for 09:00 then back at 21:00. Bit type on tome but stop is only a couple of mins walk from Millenium. £ 9 each way--hope this helps. Used it loads of times and pretty reliable. www.megabus.com Paul

Still pretty close but it's just past the castle.
