Robbie B
Maybe the Premier Sports TV man don't know about Crump's broken collarbone. Ghostwalker, do you know the reason for the change in TV meting tonight?
Ghostwalker
The meeting between Dackarna and Vargarna have been delayed to 19.20 due to large crowd.
manchesterpaul
Surely its R/R for Crump ? Always a bright side to life, i've been to many a bitterly cold meeting in the UK having to write in changes in every heat into the match programme with rigid frozen fingers lol. Usually those are the meetings that go long into the night too. At least i'm shielded from such elements watching at home on the telly. mdmc82
are there any links to this meeting? x
Ghostwalker
Have in mind that Henric Lindqvist at Vetlanda is their mandatory Swedish u21 rider. This means that he have to do at least three heats. are there any links to this meeting? x meeting is available at Premier Sports TV website for $4.(£2.6). Also no Janowski for Piraterna. mickthemuppet
Having noted like this evenings meeting, what a good crowd it is. Is this Live meeting available in Sweden. Perhaps the Swedish like to get out more?

manchesterpaul
most teams have the centre green billboards. Yeah but don't always see that many. The meeting between Dackarna and Vargarna have been delayed to 19.20 due to large crowd. Superb news. Also, i'm impressed indeed that again despite TV cameras a very healthy crowd for the televised match. Quite the opposite when Sky come to town. People quote the recession etc that fans stay at home when a match is on TV, but Sweden is one of the most expensive countries in Europe to live in and the fans turn up in force. Is speedway admission priced favourably?

Perhaps the Swedish like to get out more? yes it is. I usually pay for the official Swedish stream supplied by Canal+. (like today). Its also shown on tv at Canal+ Sport (similar to Sky sports). manchesterpaul
Better from Vaculik this time. Maybe he's got a sports psychologist who told him to imagine it a GP meeting. Very nice to see Chris overcome Emil then.
brandonbee48
A great scrap for a couple of laps between Emil and Harris. Perhaps that's why the crowds come out- to see the GP riders dueling.

Eventual nice move up by Emil into second place. Edited July 24, 2012 by manchesterpaul

brandonbee48
Star names don't always equal great racing as we all know, but they bring the floating punters in , in the hope and expectation of seeing a ding-dong tussle. Very glad to see you folks having some good weather, even if it holds meetings up. . Still baking hot here and August to come! Phew.
manchesterpaul
good meeting for harris so far. so unpredictable as hes either really fast or really slow. love watching him race when on form I tend to view him in the same way as i do with Manchester United after they won the treble. By that i mean i wouldn't have cared if Man U never won another trophy again as they gave their all and provided ultimate entertainment and drama. Same goes for the British GP win of Chris Harris and in particular the fashion it was done in. Any trophies won by either of them since their breathtaking heroics is a bonus.. brandonbee48
Did anyone tweet Janowski to get his lottery numbers? After last night his luck is obviously in. Never seen a rider take 3 tumbles like he did and walk away smiling!
