Google translation from sportowefakty article.

Confirmed the information about the injured Jason Crump, which he contracted during the meeting of the Russian league. How many starts will take a break in Australian? During the Russian league match between Vladivostok and the turbine Wostokiem Balakovo there was a fall in the sixth race. The track fell Jason Crump and Vladimir Borodulin. Confirmed the initial reactions on injured Australian who is recognized clavicular fracture. - Unfortunately, Jason will have to pause for a few weeks. It is difficult at this point to talk about a specific date. Pre-break is estimated at 2-3 weeks - she told Martha SportoweFakty.pl Bastard. President of PGE Marmy Rzeszow indicated that the match queue Falubazem near Zielona Gora will apply for an Australian athlete representation. Crump does not do this season as good as it was in previous years. Currently, Gregory is the second highest placed rider Walasku the average speed (1.966), which gives him a while until 17th place in the most effective players Extraleague ENEA. Much better job of the Australian Grand Prix, in which six of the twelve tournaments in second place in the classification of the achievements of 78 points. The injury, however, puts a big question mark on his performance at the Grand Prix of Croatia on the track in Goričan scheduled for July 28. If it was not able to take part in these competitions, in its place will go second in the series GP reserve Krzysztof Kasprzak.

I do like the translation of Rzeszow`s presidents surname-Bastard ! !

Somewhat easy 20k has now turned in to a collarbone injury and the one to blame is in the mirror... Thats speedway!

Hopefully it's just a small fracture. Judging from the way he was waving his hands afterwards, it should not be a clean break at least. Or then it is, adrenaline in your blood has it's advantages in these situations...

Any news on the rider also involved in the crash who hit the fence?

Initially it was suspected that he hadbroken his wrist but i read somwhere that it later turned out that nothing was broken.

I am not 100% sure though.

According to Swedish radio sports, radiosporten. Crump will be absent from speedway for a month.

Jason had surgery on his collarbone yesterday and it was broken into three pieces.

Vetlanda's team manager Bo Wirebrand says that he expects Jason to be back around August 20th.

Thats great news if he will be back in this weekends Gp........wondering though, why don't speedway riders have their collarbone removed like jockeys do?? Obviously the body can manage "without it" so would it not cut out a few injury problems? maybe riders need for extra strength in their arms although you would think jockeys could say the same too.
