Nice to see the Fredrick LIndgren/Tai Woffinden pairing banging in the 5-1's earlier in prep for the Bees tomorrow ;-)

Sheer fear of what is in store against the mighty Bees--NOT

Couple of decent matches.

I think the rumours about the demise of Gollob will prove to be premature :)

The old guard is not finished yet and Hancock will most likely prove that point by October.

The young guns are surely soon to have their day of which of course MJJ is one but he is not as good as some people talk and there are riders such as Vaculik who has actually 'done' rather than 'talk' or be 'talked up' by winning his debut GP well. Also Zmarzlik took a rostrum place when given his chance.

MJJ was mediocre when given his earlier this year.

And whilst Jensens did their part in the recent SWC I would argue that the decisive contribution was by MB rather than MJ.

A lot of those young guns were on TV yesterday and did pretty well.

Which one will make the mark on SGP remains to be seen.

I still favour Emil to be the first to stand on the top podium.

##I had to laugh during the Gorzow match as the TV people did not dare do their usual trick with the start girls. They must have feared being arrested :) It was a hot day in Gorzow and not only due to the weather :)

"Decisive Contribution".

MJJ outscored MBJ and his ride in 19 was immense, MBJ also picked up some easy points in the weak Heat 17's while Michael had to ride in Heat 20 and Heat 19 respectively in the 2 events.

Vaculik is over-rated beyond belief, MJJ outperformed him last night and at Tarnow when Gorzow went there.

The rumours of Gollobs demise have been around for quite a few years now.He finally won the world title maybe 2 or 3 years after people were righting him off(me included,as i thought he had missed his best chances),but now i think it has finally come.Enjoy it while it lasts,it was a great career, one of the most entertaining riders ever, when he was in the right frame ofmind. Now i think the years and the off track problems and of course finally winning that coveted title have taken their toll. And i am not sure why that last bit is there as no-one has written Hancock off as far as i have seen????

you look at things in black and white with rather tunnel vision towards a rider you like. I have no like or dislike for any of them and enjoy watching your lad a lot.

Your comment about Vaculik is laughable as he has performed when it really mattered in SGP and your lad didn't.

I say MBJ made a decisive contribution because he did a lot more than was expected and was a very important lynching of the Danish victory.

I thought MJJ would have done better .....but he didn't.

MJJ is a good rider but has a long way to go before he can be compared to great riders whom you seem to disrespect here as in your Gollob comments.

Vaculik is no more over rated than a certain Danish rider I hear a lot of here but in ONE crucial regard he is head and shoulders above THAT particular rider.

Will that balanced be addressed next year.

We will have to wait and see as surely both of them will be part of the SGP.

You make a good point as he did look rather forlorn when they showed him alone with his bike at the end. But he may well prove his doubters wrong once more just as a matter of pride. I don't think we have seen the last of Mr G just yet.
