National League Pairs Mildenhall Sun 22nd 4-30 Pm

Recommended Posts

milldenhall do look red hot favourites on there home track, stoke still look very strong,. reade is a good rider and i dont see them being much weaker without birks, as for the rest all are capable of doing it,. just depends who the luck is with and who hits top form at the right time.

might as well hand the trophy to milldenhall before the start

Rubbish, there are some excellent pairs on show still (although obviously Birks being unable to ride is a blow to the event) and with the scoring team riding will come into play.

Branford and Wright looked very good last night, and could be lively outsiders.

Weather is lovely in Mildenhall, so hopefully a big crowd will turn out for todays racing, which if anything like last nights will be worth seeing

Well done lads.Superb win.Decent little meeting. Some good, close and fast racing.Been a very good couple of days for us.

I thought Cam showed maturity beyond his years this afternoon. The way he was team riding with Lewis was just brilliant to see.He was never going to settle for just 2nd place in his last programmed ride lol.

Well done to all the riders on show today though.Everyone put in plenty of effort. The Buxton pair especially were exciting to watch again.

Well done to the Milldenhall riders, no sour grapes, home team or not the best team won on the day. Also well done to the Buxton boys.

Roberts first bike failed in the warm up and he had to go to the spare, but was pleased with his weekend.

Pleased that supporters can see the effort he puts in.

Cheers Chopper

Rob Branford is always a popular visitor at Mildenhall chopper. After all he was an 'honorary Fen Tiger' last season when Heeps was out and never let us down on the IoW, at Rye House and Scunthorpe.

Over the weekend Charles Wright and Rob provided soem excellent racing

Enjoyed this afternoon's meeting.

Mildenhall were deserving winners. But well done the Scunny Saints for winning their semi and reaching the final - Gary Irving was his usual classy self, while Tom Young mixed it against a field who nearly all had PL experience.

It was also nice that all 18 heats were held in good time.

All the best

Rob
