builderbob
rye to win no problems. c wright can only take 5 rides, and the rye track has the beating of the other buxton riders buxton are better team but not on that track.

The way this is written it looks like you think the match is at Rye. We were there two weeks ago so this one is at Buxton where home advantage can come into play. greyhoundp
Can only see Buxton winning this one, though with the weather forcast for the Midlands over the weekend, it may well be the weather that wins yet again.
builderbob
sorry my mistake, yes i thought it was at rye, as its at buxton and with there team strengthened i have buxton to win, possibly even getting to 60 pts
vog
Buxton have made a couple of good changes, but they are still not that great a team. Should be more competitive at home, but will still take a few spankings away.

I think 60 points is too optimistic but it does look a more balanced side but only due unfortunate injuries to Michael Neal and Richard Andrews. Chris Widman knows he is only keeping Michaels "seat warm" until he recovers from his injury. Hopefully the Buxton supporters will have something to cheer about on Sunday if the weather forecast is to be believed.. Neil H
Chris still has a lot to ride for. If his performances are such then he may make it hard to drop him or he puts himself in the shop window when another 3.00 place come available.
