That's the price of a rank outsider. Updating just as i'm typing, i hadn't seen the line-up for the heat and looking at the prices for heat four at 1.35 2.70 12.00 18.00 i'm taking it that there are two very weak riders in that heat and they give high odds for the outsiders in a race. I'm very surprised at the absence of our two main Danish correspondents on League Final day. Maybe they are both at the meeting or despite being Danish they are still trying to figure out what on earth format the meeting and championship is taking. Wait and see at the end of this heat to see if it's the 4 3 2 0 version mentioned earlier in the thread. Albeit that was referring to meeting points and not race points lol. I'm not getting to watch the whole meeting live but for those who use the racecard they can obviously get the heat results so far from various sites to get their racecard up to date. HenryW Posted September 12, 2012 Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 My understanding of the format is that league points are awarded for tonight's match as 4-3-2-0. Heat scoring is as normal, but the winners of the meeting get 4 league points, 2nd get 3, etc. Basically that means that Esbjerg have to come last in the meeting with Fjelsted winning for anyone but Esbjerg to win the league.
