J-D
Yeah,yeah....whatever.Hard fact is someone who only finishes 11th in a semi final doesn't deserve to be in the GPs. Very flippant of you, thanks. Where exactly did I say he deserves a place next year? Currently I do not think Britian has a gp class rider but we all know there will be one in there next year. Is Tai really better than Chris for next season?
uk_martin
Well done to the Birmingham Brummies 2011 Heat 1 pairing of "KK" & "Officer Dibble". Who'd have forecasted Officer Dibble would win in Divisov, and what will the Belle Vue faithful think when he only gets 5 or 6 in his next league meeting after this? lol

Tai can gate consistantly which makes a difference at GP level. With the right team behind him Wuffy is well capable of a top 8 finish looking at the current field
JT
Love some people on this forum, just sitting there waiting for Hariis to fail so they can rejoice in his failure. It was the same with Scott Nicholls not so long ago, its what puts the great in Great Britain. Personally I hope Tai does not get given a place as you lot would be onto him next. Makes ya sick Let's be honest here, we don't have to wait for long for Harris to disappoint, he does it on a regular basis. Well I understand his biggest fans must get frustrated hearing their beloved Bomber being criticised, the fact you or they struggle to argue a case for his inclusion in the GP series (aside from the fact he's British), would suggest there isn't one. This is a forum after all and I make no apologies for stating my opinion. I used to like Harris, but a reality is check is needed. All this charity has gone straight to his head and unless he spends a year out of the series I can only see him getting worse and worse. I know he had a good spell at the end of 2010 and that brilliant win in Cardiff, but he certainly hasn't replicated that on a consistent basis. If you like, Harris is comparable to a Walasek, Ulamek or Protasiewicz, world class on the odd occasion, but nowhere near good enough to warrant wild card after wild card. We often wonder why these average Poles nearly always qualify for the series, but it's obvious, they know they won't get a gift, so fight for their place instead of relying on their nationality. If Harris somehow gets in the top 8 this year (and his job has been made easier with Hampel's injury) then fair play, but if not, he shouldn't get an unprecedented 6th wild card. JT. You didn't.I was just stating a fact. But you did seem to be suggesting he deserved more than he got.How much more i don't know.Although your use of the word "sadly" to the fact he probably won't be in next year suggests you were hoping he would be in one way or another Edited June 30, 2012 by iris123
f-s-p
Keep off the beer before you come on eh chap Only had a couple, can still think. I also read the TW interview from last weeks spar yesterday and thought it was pretty good. He had very realistic view of his situation. He's not ready. I was there at the Kumla U21 final wondering why CH spent his "spare" time sitting on a chair rather than on his bike with his mechanics. Learned later via Spar he had no idea how adjust his bike. He was a medalist that year. Seems it dont work in the Gp's the same and plenty of people on here that see him weekly (ride or more) think it has not changed. I was the #1 scott Nicholls fan around 10 years ago, would have gone to a REALLY heavy debate with many forum members to defend him (probably did, in person) but where's he now. Making a decent living racing in the UK, not GP material. Timo Lahti probably even beat him yesterday... = ) Naturally I'm also stirring, but it's not just that. Agree with you on that.I must have been #2 Scotty fan then I honestly think Chris should give up on any GP ambitions and do Longtrack. He would give the stick man some opposition and probably end up a multi world champ.Think i might have told someone that a few days ago eh?
