waco
Top performances from Ben Morley and Jason Garrity 12 points each could not stop the heathens coming out easy winners ,,32-58 ,,Its been said before the tail is very weak in this Raiders side and unless the managment can find a couple of reserves that are on the pace then there will be few winning matches and i fear the fans will disapear..Ok this dudley side is one of the strongest in the league...But we need to keep Garrity and find a way to fit David Mason in as well when he is fit to return. Can it be mathmatically done ? i dont know ,But the side must be strengthened.. vog
Cant see there much chance of the Buxton meeting going ahead tomorrow, i think the next one will be Stoke away next Saturday, if this ridiculous weather eases off. Don't forget it's the fours, not the NL meeting.

Unless you are a 3 point rider or a number 1 you are out in the cold when it comes to guesting. The NL rules are so tight these days to ensure young boys are included they have frozen out a fair few lads but heyho onwards and upwards
deathbymilkfloat
38-53 to Dudley, hope Buxton are ready for round 2 tomorrow hope buxton have stocked up on burgers for you tomorrow unlike last time james
deathbymilkfloat
Great win by the Heathens, good all round Team performance, biggest difference between the 2 Teams was at reserve, where The Heathens scored 15 points and The Raiders only 2 points, interesting to note Tom Perry scored almost as many in the PL <5> meeting as what he scored in the NL meeting <6>. Cant see there much chance of the Buxton meeting going ahead tomorrow, i think the next one will be Stoke away next Saturday, if this ridiculous weather eases off. tom scored 6 in both meetings 6 from 6 for somerset and 6 paid 8 from 4 for the heathens
KenB1
This was always going to be tough and so it proved, Dudley powerful from top to bottom, no complaints about this result, after the first match this was always going to look average, but there was a couple of good heats. Dudley fans may want the DVD, so I'd better get it edited.

Main Man
tom scored 6 in both meetings 6 from 6 for somerset and 6 paid 8 from 4 for the heathens and blew his engine in his last ride ---so paid 8 from three completed rides for Heathens

Shadders
I think you mean riders, not just A rider. Note the word regularly would you complain if garrity got rides for an e/l club ? I'm not complaining, just don't think it's right. As I've intimated in previous posts I'm not overly concerned about the National League. I'd only take it seriously if Rye House were a stand alone club.

Stop being a wind up merchant and ask Uncle Len to sign a first class rider for the Raiders instead of using what he is......by the way Jason Garrity did ride for Belle Vue's EL side a few times in 2011 and flopped! As I have said before......IF THE AVERAGE and RULES fit.................use them, they do in Sweden

I'm not sure what you expected from a youngster in his first year in the Premier League Have you checked out Adam Roynons current PL average?... His EL average ain't too shabby either! Yes, a very nice 8.5 ish & a delightful 5 ish at Coventry and a rather cool 11 ish at Dudley........WONDERFUL for British Speedway Garrity was not full time PL in 2011 by the way he was #1 at NL Belle Vue & dropped by Leicester. Rayleigh
The last couple of weeks Garrity seems to be breaking through, the extra rides have not hurt Worrell, Birks or Roynon
shad176
the extra rides have not hurt Worrell, Birks or Roynon the more they earn the quicker they can upgrade kit and maintain it and as the song goes "it,s a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll" these guys and riders like garritty (who blitzed the n/l) should be given the opportunity to make it, i give roynon worrall and birks a big pat on the back for getting off their backsides and giving it a shot and i can give another 8 or more behind them on the way up...now when they get to heat leader e/l status is a different kettle of fish i say

Wasnt it in 2010 when Charles Wright was stopped from riding for Buxton. Oh what was his crime, he had averaged over 4 points in a premier league season a few years back. Double standards as far as im concerned, EL riders should be know where near the NL, end of. Get your head out the sand, stop looking at your clubs interests and look at what the NL is supposed to be. Junior

Get your head out the sand, stop looking at your clubs interests and look at what the NL is supposed to be. The NL is supposed to be a development league for young British riders, helping their talent to blossom. It has enabled the young, talented and British Roynon to get confidence-building time in the saddle following dreadful injuries and, as such, has fulfilled its remit perfectly. Where's the argument?
