greyhoundp
It is anything but pointless, it shows he cares for his Team, and he is right Buxton are a rider short of being competitive, however i think the answer from Jayne and Jack may be, Buxton cannot sign Steve Jones due to the 1 rider over 30 rule.

Riders are picked up and dropped at that age and it does them no favors trust me I know. Jack and Jayne have a reputation for sticking with riders through thick and thin and other teams are now following the same ethos which is refreshing to see and to hell with this nonsense of blaming 1 rider for winning and losing meetings when there are 6 other riders in the team. They have to start somewhere. BW is entitled to his/her opinion as a paying guest but as has become apparent it takes a good 2 seasons to get a rider going there are one ot two ala Max Clegg and Nathan Stoneman who are naturals but riders aren't all the same Micheal could be that reserve next year who wins meetings for the team keep up the good work. Main Man
For Michael it is all part of the speedway learning curve. I have got to know Michael and his dad through the under 15's and he is doing fine --strangely enough when I was at Buxton the other week I had a conversation with them both that many might find strange when I said in one race that it was a "good last!!" ...they understood what I meant in that he was on the pace in a race with three experienced heat leaders and that is how he will learn. Keep on learning Michael!!
speedy bill
hooper and roguetrader i have know wish to put Micheal or any other riders down they all do there best all i mean is buxton are not in my opinion strong enough to Carry two riders its a shame that andrews as not got going if he did it would take the pressure of the need for the res to score points i have always been behind buxton in bringing on young riders but in some years they could not afford to wait if the team as a hole are not doing the job macfail and macbain being two who where replaced i hope young neale does start scoring 3 or 4 points would be ok. wy not ask felton or preist about set up i am sure they would help you out with them i will not be at buxton next week i work on sundays some time and have to start at two next week i am gutted i wanted to see us beat dudley so come on hitmen
hooper
to roguetrader, tmw, main man thank you for your support that is what he needs to read on here positive comments of whom they see good in him sure he isnt a natural like max and nathan but they started when they were 3 yrs of age michael was a relative late starter at 8yrs old in 7 yrs he in a team earning his own money how many 15yrs old kids can say that now in the country bw double but your contradicting what u say that u wish not to put riders down but thats exactly what you are doing and its not michaels fault the rest of the team r not scoring when they shoud be so saying michael should go back in to the junior league is putting him down he scored 4paid5 at scunny so did his job well there i hope he can keep it going for his sake but i dont tell him that cause he knows what he wants to acheive in his own mind and he will get there of that i am sure so from now on if u feel the need to have a go just stop and think what it might do to his moral and not just michael richard andrews as well ive seen the frustration and anger on richards face when hes had a bad day he knows he needs to do well to keep his place and he will these lads are our future and we need to help them all we can including the supporters of teams
waco
As a neutral i cant see what the arguments about if the top end is the problem why is every one going on about the merits of a 15yr old kid, they all need to be given plenty of time..Probably Rob Branford has not been in quite the form of last season but there can be many reasons for that and he is a determined character and will come good again.,,probably sooner than later...Okay another rider of his ability is probably needed but they are hard to find at this level..
