Dave Stummings
With Dave Mason being ruled out of action after last Monday's horrific accident at Rye House-full credit to the Rye safety fence doing its job- it seems the Raiders are going asking the BSPA if they can use Rocket Jason Garrity. Is this good for the NL? If Adam Roynon can why not Jason Garrity?
Heathen1984
Oh hear we go adam roynon thing comes up again, never any other rider mentioned. Yeh id love to see garrirty back in nl, great stuff. cityrebel
Garrity has hardly got bags of experience, he should be allowed to ride in the Nl.

westhamboy66
Good for his confidence, good for the struggling Raiders and good for those watching him in the NL. Best wishes to David Mason that was an awful crash and once again the fence at Rye proved itself to be among the best around
Speedy fan
Who becomes captain now I wonder. Wish David a full recovery and wish Jason all the best.
Shadders
Oh hear we go adam roynon thing comes up again, never any other rider mentioned. I was thinking the same as I watched him effortlessly going unbeaten at Workington on Monday... His EL career seems to be going well too with a 4.63 CMA, not at all shabby for a NL rider! Back to subject... Been a topic for weeks amongst Rye fans as to why on earth Jason isn't riding in the NL
Baldy
Of course Jason should be allowed to ride in the NL. Marmite rider which is great for the sport.
montie
If he fits and average ok,why shouldnt he ride, simple as,but i cant help but think this is where we are going wrong, here we are talking of a talented rider, dropping down a league, when i look at some of scores in the EL reserve berths by sub-standard overseas riders, shouldnt we be talking of lads like Garrity stepping up,not stepping down?? Good to see u back mr garrity i agree with you there, its always adam roynon that gets mentioned, never richie worrall who also rides in all three leagues regularly, there are several other nl riders been doing well in the premier league but no they never get mentioned, its always roynon because no one else likes the heathens. back to the subject of the thread, welcome back mr garrity a highly entertaining young rider,im looking forward very much to seeing him ride in the nl again. deathbymilkfloat
Â Â Probably because it's only Richie's second full season racing league speedway When you take into consideration all the serious injuries Adams had,the total number of meetings he's rode in won't equate to much more than 2 full seasons racing
phillipsr
At this level riders like Roynan, Garrity and Worral are vital as they actually get people to come and watch. I never go to NL speedway except when one of these three are there. There good for the league as more people will go to watch

There good for the league as more people will go to watch. Â Have to agree with this part of what you said. Without top class riders of any age in the NL, call it what you want, it will die. Newcomers cannot learn the black art side of speedway. The BSPA and some posters on here do not know, and never will know, this in my opinion. So leave the double/triple uppers alone and go and watch their developing skills, rumour suggest that in Sweden you can ride in 3 Leagues without any problem so why not in the UK? Glenn
It will be interesting to see who gets Robert Lamberts signature when he turns 15. He would be a big attraction and expensive!!
Triple.H.
From what i saw on monday he would benefit more from a plain race suit and a little less ego though he does look pretty good.
Shadders
From what i saw on monday he would benefit more from a plain race suit and a little less ego though he does look pretty good. This is my worry. Hopefully his feet are planted firmly on the ground and he is surrounded by the right people. Not seen too much of him as he's been racing in Germany at weekends. I recall a "race" he had with Nelson last year after a Rye House meeting. Didn't look 13 years of age. Hopefully he can be persuaded to ride for the Raiders when he's reached 15 Anyone know how he's getting on over on the continent? Triple.H.
He rode in a individual meeting in Germany a few weeks ago and finished runner up i think against good standard opposition.Exceptional talent for his age
