manchesterpaul
What a fabulous pair of team line-ups we have for this match, i can't wait. Riders scheduled to appear for the home side include Swedish GP winner Fredrik Lindgren, Darcy Ward, Andreas Jonsson and Michael Jesper Jensen. The visitors ain't exactly shrinking violets with Emil Sayfutdinov, Jason Crump and Jaroslaw Hampel. Will MJJ at reserve be a potential key factor? Or will the visitors three GP riders outweigh the home side's two GP riders? Wow five GP riders in a league match, very nice. I hope quoting one's self isn't classed the same as talking to one's self But regards what i said before the meeting, MJJ is doing his part for the home side in his first three rides and the unbeaten Hampel and Sayfutdinov who has only dropped one point to opposition are doing the same. Will Jason Crump be the weak link? Update Crump another poor show in heat 10. Heat 9 another great race in this Elitserien season on tv. pandorum
It's lucky some of these 'top' riders don't have to depend on points money At least Emil has woken up. Edited May 29, 2012 by pandorum
Ghostwalker
Simon Gustafsson and Mathias Thörnblom (both Indianerna) kinda hooked up during heat 11 and both crashed. Both riders are moving but are still lying on the track. Ambulance on track to attend them. Edited May 29, 2012 by Ghostwalker
brandonbee48
Ghostwalker, I just got my bill for the first Smederna stream-$7.50 total which isn't bad, but for what you get should be less. However that is for another day and another thread. The grand European tour continues tomorrow when we visit Denmark. http://kanalsport.dk/ 5.30pm UK. Ghostwalker
Hammarby goes 5-1 in ht 12 and now holds a 6p lead. And the difference is HUGE about what you get for the money). Hammarby will win against Valsarna. Another 5-1 in the making. Indianerna update; Thörnblom seems to have lost several teeths and have been brought to hospital. Simon seems to be more or less ok.

Don't forget there is a meeting in Poland tomorrow that might change that to a fair old extent? "Specifically, the team developed Enea Extraleague Financial Regulations for the top division in Poland, which aims to reduce players' salaries and expenses speedway teams. Is this the end of the financial Polish "El Dorado"? On Wednesday, the shareholders meeting will be held Enea Extraleague. It is possible that during this meeting have been approved a resolution that aims to reduce spending Polish clubs for players and teams. Shareholders will be able to make a decision, under which, on the one hand the players wages will depend on the medium computed matches (KSM) at the end of the season, on the other club shall not exceed a certain threshold of spending on the team." There was quite a lenghty article in Spotowefakty the other day. Also, today there is one going into great detail of riders potential earnings in 2013. Ghostwalker
Congratulations do Dackarna. They had an ever team where everyone scored while Vetlanda had some problems where Crump and THJ did not take enough points.

Well I meant it tongue in cheek as they deserve all they get from the highest to the lowest but I guess the sport has to keep the cost down. Can't see our top league lasting much longer... Can't see our top league lasting much longer... I did ask it seriously last week i think, if the very top riders earn most of their money in retainers/whatever instead of points, only one sees quite often poor performances from GP riders in Elitserien in a GP week. Agree all riders earn their pay as such. Very, very entertaining meeting. Thanks for the company and join you tomorrow for Denmark. Regards. Alan. I presume your storm has subsided Alan? Very pleased with the meeting today. Been some very good ones so far this season and it's got a long way to go, never mind the play-offs. Just hope that all these away wins and close home wins don't mean landslide home wins in the return matches in the latter half of the season. Yeah i hope to get back home in time for the Danish meeting tomorrow.

Next weeks meetings: Round 6 (June 5th) Indianerna - Dackarna Västervik - Hammarby Valsarna - Vargarna Elit Vetlanda - Piraterna i would guess that Vetlanda vs Piraterna will be the tv meeting.
