uk_martin
According to this article - http://www.polonia.bydgoszcz.pl/blog/1_1432-josh_auty_w_polonii_bydgoszcz_.html - it seems that Josh Auty will be given the chance to impress Polonia with a view to challenging for a team place. Best of luck to the lad. Be good to see British talent given a chance in Poland. Now for Ben Barker to be given a go over there...
JamieE
Fantastic news for Auty and British speedway, best of luck to him. Surprised it's Bydgoszcz that have given him a chance with their largely Polish side, it's hard to see where Auty would be given his chance in that team. Would have expected one of the other clubs with more foreign riders competing for team places to have given him an opportunity. Wonder if Eddie Kennett will be given another chance in Poland this season? Edited May 23, 2012 by JamieE

Try this transaltion Polonia Bydgoszcz speedway club have signed a new rider. Josh Auty, who is barely 22 years of age comes from the UK and rides this season for Birmingham Brummies in the British Elite League and Scunthorpe Scorpions in the British Premier League. He has recorded this season some very good results on the British tracks. In addition, the Bydgoszcz team manager, Robert Sawina, had a chance to meet him when he worked for Gdańsk. - We are bringing in another rider to the team in order to increase competition. Josh is a young, promising rider who is fully professional in his sports duties. We agreed that in early June he will come to Bydgoszcz and show himself on our track. Then we evaluate his usefulness to our team. Depending on the results achieved we will decide his future with us – said Robert Sawina, Bydgoszcz’s manager The agreement we have signed this afternoon will not burden our budget, because the new rider will be paid only for the points scored on the track. Vicar
Now for Ben Barker to be given a go over there... I think Barker would have problem to sign in Polish after his issues in Opole...

iris123
It is one thing signing for a team, another actually getting to ride in a meeting.Nanna Jörgensen signed up for tarnow,i think it was,but stood no chance of turning out for them.Let's hope this works out,but lots of riders are asked to turn up for practice to see how they go.I know of a couple who have refused to do this. One could afford to sit backand watch his team struggle before being told he didn't have to bother with practice, just turn up on the day.The other i think had a similar situation happen as it was too far for him to turn up without confirmation he would be in the team
