We don't know all the facts and unfortunately a very small minority off members cannot be trusted to discuss things in the correct manner. Fair enough Phil may as well lock it. Why don't you give it a rest Steve as this has no place on a speedway forum & I just hope the moderators delete this pathetic thread. This was someones daughter & the CPS must have had some good evidence to go to caught. Maybe both riders will learn that its best not to get in such a place in the future.
