Nicki excluded, THJ got outside assistance and Crump went off track (to avoid THJs bike). The referee got it badly wrong. Didn't see that winner coming! And how the hell did Greg score do much?! The question here was - Did he need to go over the white line or was his passage clear to keep going forward. That could be one reason the ref chose the decision he did. And maybe the ref felt THJ could have got up and continued??? Not saying I agree with my own arguement - but stranger things have happened! Basically if one (or more) riders have completed the race, then the ref can award the positions based on the positions at the time of the incident. That's waht happened tonight.
