manchesterpaul
Does watching a man paint a white line hold the same fascination as watching them dig holes in the road? Ok signing out from both Danish and Swedish threads let's hope we get some racing from both meetings?
MrMungo
www.kanalsport.dk Install the plug-in, and then you are good to go. Â Lars Munkedal expects them to be ready in a few minutes. The track doesn't look too bad at all. First few races might be bit tricky, but should be okay after that if it doesn't rain anymore.
Mark
poor racing tonight but Danes have done well to get racing as track looks very wet
brandonbee48
We're lucky to have a meeting at all. Considering the heavy track and the obvious superiority of Fjelsted, i have seen a lot worse . Full marks to everyone for getting this on. A tad more "oomphy" start girls tonight.
MrMungo
Looks like Slangerup are going to lose their first home match in 5(!) years.
brandonbee48
Looks like Slangerup are going to lose their first home match in 5(!) years. Â From what we are seeing, that is quite a surprise!
MrMungo
Michelsen on TR/Joker here. Slangerup really need a big heat. Edited May 9, 2012 by MrMungo
iris123
Bit late tonight.Guess i have missed ....not much probably. But this does show why i couldn't see the Danish clubs like Slangerup competing in the proposed Euro League.Slangerup would have been one of the teams and just imagine what they would have needed to spend to get up to strengtheven with a 6man Polish orSwedish team.Unless of courseyou ask the Poles and Swedes to destrengthen and then that just wouldn't attract the fans.I really fins it hard to believe it can work
brandonbee48
Michelsen on TR/Joker here. Slangerup really need a big heat. Surprised he got 2' even though he didn't beat an opponent. Reckon it should only be double if you beat someone from the opposition.
MrMungo
I'm guessing Barrett is a bit annoyed right now! Â I'm not sure how the squads would work in the proposed league. But Slangerup are riding without an A rider - throw in Hancock instead of Monberg (who has been awful tonight) and they don't look too bad at all - in this league anyway. They also have Zetterstrom in the squad.

iris123
Looks like Slangerup are going to lose their first home match in 5(!) years. From the reports i have read it was the first home loss for 7years!!! Obviously a mistake to go without an A grade rider for what ever reason.Maybe complacency after all that time. But Barrett and Nissen are inconsistent and Monberg is never going to be a match for Andersen,so it was risky

With the exception of his exclusion, which was somewhat unfortunate, he got a paid max! Any team that gets a paid max from their C rider will take some stopping. iris123
Tonights meeting has something interesting for me.The return of Jonas Raun after a break of a few years.Always a super rider when he was with Holsted.Hope he has sorted himself out and can now finally fullfill the potential that he certainly has.    Outrup Grzegorz Walasek Kenni Larsen Mads Korneliussen Claes Nedermark Jonas Raun  Slangerup Grzegorz Zengota Kenneth Hansen Mikkel Michelsen Nicki Barrett Kenni Nissen  Again i think this is going to be tough for Slangerup although Jonas will be an unknown for Outrup
MrMungo
Outrup take on Slangerup at 6pm UK time tonight. Slangerup have brought in Zengota at 1 to replace Monberg. Otherwise they are unchanged from the side that was well beaten on Wednesday night.  Outrup look strong again. Walasek is in at 1. Kenni Larsen and Korneliussen complete a strong top 3.Ex-Diamond Jonas Raun makes his comeback after several years out and will be interesting to monitor his progress.  Outrup  1 Greg Walasek 2 Kenni Arendt Larsen 3 Mads Korneliussen 4 Claes Nedermark 5 Jonas Raun  Slangerup  1 Greg Zengota 2 Kenneth Kruse Hansen 3 Mikkel Michelsen 4 Nicki Barrett 5 Kenni Nissen  Personally I can only see a comfortable home win, but you never know in speedway.  The action starts at 6pm UK time @ www.kanalsport.dk

iris123
Steven Andersen was a pretty promising rider himself until he had a bad crash and that seemed to knock his confidence and was never the same after.Gave up fairly early, but i still have one of his caps  Jonas will come up against Nicki Barrett, the man who pipped him to the Youth Gold Trophy in Eskilstuna.Jonas i think i am right in saying went through the whole tournament unbeaten up until the Final.Very unfortunate and i must say i am glad they done away with the Final heat after seeing René Bach beaten to a title he deserved by Michael Palm Toft after the heat was re-run twice .I think our man in Eskilstuna,Tarabanko was there that day and say's Jonas was very unlucky Edited May 11, 2012 by iris123
