Live Danish Speedway On Tv

I do hate replays like that. Why do TV companies need to do it.

Fingers crossed for Hancock

To be fair i think they did hold back a little while before showing the replay. Unless they showed one immediately when i had left the room.

Hancock took a blow to the head, and he's gone to Esbjerg hospital according to Erik Gundersen, so expect a delay.

Thanks from all of us for the live translations, especially when we really need them. Did Nicki Pedersen say anything about the crash in his interview?

Was only half watching but to me i thought it was a horrible crash at first because Hancock was motionless for a fair while. Then it was as if he 'woke up' and, as people with head injuries often do, began struggling quite violently with the medics assisting him. Then it looked as he was calmed down but thrashing around a bit because of pain for a while.

She's out and now can watch Rory in the Irish Open!

Who can Carol or yourself? Or is she going out with this Rory bloke? Nooooo tell me it isn't true.....i feel a song intro coming on....."is she really going out with him!"

Was in and out of the kitchen.....but i thought the Nicki interview was before the meeting started???Didn't take any notice of it because of that

Ok was very likely an insert to fill the gap in the meeting.

Any blow to the head is quite serious. I know of a rider who had a big crash last year, and when he woke up, he didn't realise where he was, how he got there, how old he was, etc. Must be a frightening thing to wake up to, especially when you're in pain at the same time!

The Hancock crash was horrible to watch, and with Erik Gundersen commentating, being close to Hancock, and having his career ended in a very similar crash, it was hard to listen to aswell.

Re: the Nicki interview, that was recorded prior to the meeting.

That's fair enough. It was a general reaction to the previous post as I'm no longer viewing at the moment.

Waiting for the all clear from you guys as to whether the racing will continue???

Vaculik has hurt hand, "groggy" (Erik Gundersen's words!) and bit dizzy, so uncertain whether he will continue or not.

But on a lighter note i once got a photo of Matej Kus in a Czech psychic magazine. The story went round that Matej had a bad crash when riding in GB and before the crash couldn't speak much english and after was pretty fluent.I had a quite spectacular foto of Matej flying through the air from a meeting in Vojens. This Czech mag used the photo alongside the story.....all ended up well.Hope this does likewise

Any other information you can give us about Greg would be gratefully received. It was an awful looking crash. I really hope he's ok. Thanks...

I've been at and away from the computer at random intervals.

What I have gathered is that he got up, had a knock to the head, so I assume he has concussion, and has gone to Esbjerg Hospital to get checked over.

It goes with the territory mate. Part and parcel of an exciting and dangerous sport. Seen worse crashes than that where everybody got up and continued riding. Tough as nails these people and brave as lions.

##probably slightly mad as well.

It wasn't the crash that done me, it was the motionlessness of Hancock then the rything around in agony.

Realism rules with money, but you can never pay these guys enough for the risks they take.

I really hope it is 'just' concussion. Thanks for the info...
