Missing Czech Grand Prix Tickets!

Recommended Posts

I don't know if anyone can help me? I ordered tickets for the Czech GP in January, and paid for the recorded delivery of the tickets. So far nothing has arrived and we are starting to get worried! Does anyone else have their tickets yet, or are they just sending them out at the last minute? I did try to email the booking website but they aren't replying. Can anyone shed any light on the issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Which Company did you book your tickets through we done the same last year with Ticketstream and got the tickets sent to us. They were sent Through FEDEX and they gave us a tracking number which allowed us to track them, i think we had to wait around 2 weeks to recieve them hope this helps

I ordered mine from Ticketportal and they arrived within a week. That was the 2nd January. Must admit I had a lot of trouble when ordering them as the information changed from English to Czech on the payment page and I thought I had to collect them. I had to e-mail them and they replied promptly in English. If you are using them I can let you have the name of the person I e-mailed.

I used e-ticket.pl (a link from the speedwaygp.com site). They used a payment company called moneybookers, and I've only received any correspondence from them, not the actual

ticket agent. I think I might have to go to Moneybookers and see what they say.

That's who I've used too to order ticket for Prague GP,and can collect ticket on the day of the meeting between 3pm-7pm.Did the same last year at Leszno with e-ticket.pl. ;)

Used Ticketstream twice now the first time I was like you I thought I had paid for them to be delivered but after a phone call to Prague I found out I had to print them off which I did and on the second occasion I knew what to do and printed them off, easy as pie.
