Unfortunately there's rumours of airhorns being supplied for the trip . Since we'll all be out on the lash on the Saturday night , there could be deaths at breakfast .

spin king
For anyone who is coming to the meeting, would ;like to meet up for a pre meeting drinks at The New Barrack Tavern. Â That is always assuming that the Glasgow mob has not drunk the place dry on Saturday night. Â And also while on the subject I believe that there are still sponsorship slots still available if you contact Anji Parker via Facebook. vog
Can't wait for this! What better way to start the season than with the NBT followed by a meeting celebrating one of the great entertainers! Fantastic
spin king
The Vogster returns to Sheffield his 2nd home, now has got to be worth a visit to the New Barrack Tavern.

I remember a couple years ago after the PLRC, Paulco had one or two sherberts he asked me for a cigarette, it took him 10 attempts to finally understand what he was saying, its amazing where a bit of sign language can do. Â Seriously though really looking forward to meeting up with Glasgow mob, I will be down Saturday night to give everyone a good old Yorkshire welcome.
Lioness
spinny this might surprise you but I can sympathise with you over the accent! I find it hard as well - when they start blethering away I cant understand either and thats before the drink. I hate to think what I have agreed to over the years, just nodding my head in agreement when I dont want to say 'eh?' any more lol

Unbullievable
Not in the right place I know! , but does anyone know if the Shane Parker Farwell meeting next Sunday is "pay on the gate" and what the cost would be for a family of four (2 adults , 2 kids - 14 & 8) , sorry to ask such a silly question and in the wrong place an all!! , but many years since me and the mrs have been to a speedway meeting (not since the Pulse Dukes disbanded) and we are Rugby League converts now! It is pay on the gate. £15 each for adults ,£5 for the 14 year old and free admission for the 8 year old, according to Sheffield Tigers site.
