Previously any non-Swedish rider who applied for a license just had to be a permanent resident registered with the Swedish civil registry. Monday June 15 (Lejonen-Rospiggarna) Tuesday July 14th Tuesday July 21st (Rospiggarna-Smederna, Lejonen-Piraterna).
