They have been deducted a point for each time they have only tracked 6 riders instead of 7, and this has happened twice. Would also like to add how impressed I am with SVEMO for their response. So with losing play-off finalists Masarna declining the vacant slot in the Elitserien, it is being offered to Gnistorna who lost their Allsvenskan play-off semi final (although they did top the league in the regular season. I am pretty sure that Gnistorna will be asked and they expressed a wish, before the Allsvenskan play offs to step up to Elitserien if they would be in that situation. The reason to this is that Rosiggarna now can use him as one their three mandatory Swedish riders per lineup. Due to the fact that only 9 teams where entered,Svemo invited a Finnsih team to enter which participates as Team Finland. Elit - B, It will be mandatory for all 8 teams in Elitserien to have a team in Elit-B, avilableriders are the Elitserien teams Swedish riders that have a maximum of 1.250 as a season entry average. Teams can loan riders on race day from other Elit-B teams. youth (80cc) series. No news yet. 250cc, class only no series. micro speedway, class only no series. Teams are due at December 1st Meeting lineups: Lineups for Elitserien have to be registered online at Svemo.se at the latest 20.00 (away team) / 21.00 (home team) two days ahead of the scheduled meeting. Lineups for Allsvenskan have to be registered online at Svemo.se at the latest 21.00 (away team) / 21.30 (home team) two days ahead of the scheduled meeting. The two riders in the line-ups with the lowest floating average rides as reserves unless a rider with less then 12 heats ridden have a lower season entry average then any of the those two riders. Salary cap Salary cap have been removed since a few seasons back. Playoffs Elitserien -- 6 teams to playoffs. Allsvenskan, 4 teams to promotion series. Track grading. fixed grading interval after heats 4,7,10 & 14 for Elitserien and Allsvenskan.Squad sizes Elitserien 7 riders with an average greater then 0,500 Allsvenskan 8 riders with an average greater then 0,500 Junior series: 2 riders and 1 reserve 0,500 riders (marked in blue) does occupy one of the 7/8 slots in the squad. Swedish rider quotas: Elitserien minimum 3 Swedish licensed rider per lineup rule is considered to violate EU-laws and might not be used. see this post. minimum 1 Swedish licensed U21 rider per lineup For 2013 all teams agreed on to use a minimum of three Swedish riders per lineup (R/R was allowed) , 2014 will be the same. Allsvenskan minimum 4 Swedish licensed rider per lineup rule is considered to violate EU-laws and might not be used. see this post. minimum 1 Swedish licensed U21 rider per lineup minimum 1 Swedish licensed U23 rider per lineup Tactical substitutes / Riders Replacement and etc Tactical substitutes are available from heat 6 as long as the team is 6points behind. all riders can be used once no ts allowed in heat 11. R/R available for maximum one rider/meeting R/R available for the 5 riders with the highest average. all but one of the riders taking the R/R heats have to have a loweraverage then the rider they are replacing. reserves have to ride at least three heats each. R/R is allowed to be used in moved meetings (i.e. postponed) where the rider is occupied by a another league meeting. For a more thorough explanation of the R/R rule see this post. Guest riders maximum two contracted guest riders per team and season for Elitserien maximum three contracted guest riders per team and season for Elitserien The rider have to be registered for a team in a different series,like a guestrider for an Elitserien team have to be registered for a team in Allsvenskan or Div1. Only riders with a Swedish license can be guest riders. Guest riders can be replaced during the season in case of injury and in the transfer window. For Allsvenskan the following quotas applies for guest riders:Maximum one that have an average of 2.000 or higher Maximum one guest rider with an average between 0,501 and 1,999or two if there is no guest rider with an average if 2.000 or higher. One with an average of 0.500 or 2 if instead of one of the aboveor three if both of above is not used. For Elitserien the average of the guest riders cannot exceed 1.250 for each rider R/R is allowed for guest riders. Averages: Average limits:Elitserien average cap is 10.250 Elitserien average floor is 8.500 Allsvenskan average cap is 9.750 Allsvenskan Average floor is 7.250 . Season entry averages (ingångssnitt).Are based on the previous seasons scores and are calculated by dividing points with the amount of ridden heats.Season entry average is used to select 7 riders for the lineup and stays the same the entire season. This means that a team can use the same riders the entire season regardless of how much their averages changes during the season. . Floating average (löpande snitt).The floating average is re-calculated after each meeting using the points/heat formula.12 heat is required for obtaining a floating average . Until a riders has a floating average the season entry average will determine if a rider will ride at reserve or not.. Swedish riders that are born in 1989 or later will in 2013 get a 25% "discount" on their average. All Swedish U21 riders will have 0,500 as a Season entry average in 2014. Transfer window: one transfer windows during the season, the transfer window before the season is scrapped The mid season transfer windows will open on Monday June 16th at 08:00 and it will close on Sunday June 22nd at 24:00.Transfer documents are due ay Svemo's office no later then Wednesday June 25th at 24.00. Changes in the squad will be registered by Svemo at Friday June 27th. Heat schedule same 15 heats heat schedule that have been used since 2011. Grading pauses will be predecided and after the same heats for all tracks. Grading pauses after heats: 4, 7, 10 and14 for Elitserien / Allsvenskan. Division 1 will use a 5 man heat schedule of the same type that is used in Denmark. Actually you are nor correct here. Rider name at #50 is Robert Pettersson, while the rider name at #57 is Robert Peterson. I don't know if it is the same rider or different riders. 2.
