Remember that Racers and Royals gets a 10% commission on ALL his earnings. He would like an all expenses paid trip to Sweden so please ensure that he bangs a lot of points in for Smederna.

Seriously- An excellent signing. :t: Regards. Alan.

We are planning another "speedway" week in Sweden for next year.

Does anybody know when the fixtures will be announced?

After the end of the 2014 season and prior to the start of the 2015 season!

Apparently Västervik have decided to sack Daniel Nermark as well.

http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/vastervik/avslojar-nermark-uppsatt-i-transferfonstret/

Rumours are that, Davey Watt, Rune Holta and Daniel Nermark will be replaces by Tobias Musielak, Tomasz Jedrzejak and Premyslaw Pawlicki.

The latter is someone I really would love to see as a replacement for Grigorij since he is one of few good riders outside Elitserien.

The issue for Västervik is that they now becomes very sensitive to injuries on Ljung, Thörnblom and Ludvig Lindgren since the other

Swedes that they have in their squad hardly keeps Allsvenskan standard and would be way out of their depths in Elitserien.

Rune Holta who have been sacked by Västervik told reporters that he have signed with a new team in

Sweden, it is speculated that he will return to Valsarna where he started his Swedish career almost 20 years ago.

That won't happen as Sebastian Ulamek have signed with Valsarna. http://www.vf.se/sport/speedway/ulamek-atervander-till-valsarna

Smederna have signed Davey Watt as a replacement for Laguta until Laguta returns from injury.
More info later, I'm away at a RallyX event in Strängnäs.

As it says above this a signing outside the transfer window which is allowed according the rule for replacing long time injured riders.

This mean that Davey Watt will be in the squad until Laguta returns from injury unless that happens in less 28 days since

a the replacement will be a part of the squad for a minimum of 28 days.

However I am not really pleased with this signing, or rather I don't see the point of it since there isn't any room in the lineup for Davey.

We signed Pzredpelski last week and at the moment I think he have priority for Laguta's place in the lineup.

Although Davey have a higher average then both Michelsen and Zengota the latter two have really upped their riding

lately and should not be left outside the lineup unless they do a bad meeting. So IMO Watt is a backup for the others but

should be givena go ahead of Pzredpelski, Michelsen or Zengota and also have in mind that the lineup needs to have three Swedes.

Adam Cyfer have signed with Gnistorna instead of Henrik Karlsson who decided to take a break from speedway,

No news on Holta yet.

Smederna's Johannes Stark, who does his first season on 50cc, have been named as one of the riders for the Swedish U19

national team's training meetings against the Danish dito in July.

The meetings will be held in Silkeborg at July 16th (one week from today) and at Gislaved at July 23rd (two weeks from today).
