R/R for the 4 best riders with no restrictions No demotion to lower leagues but a team from Allsvenskan will be able to be promoted to Elitserien Requirement for two Swedish riders. All Swedish riders with an average lower then 1.000 will have an average discount and have their averages lowered to 0,500. https://www.svemo.se/globalassets/svemo-forbundet/dokumentcenter/protokoll/speedway/2021/beslutsprotokoll_3_track-racing_gallande-elitserien_2022.pdf  On scale 1-10 where 10 is excellent I give the new rules a 2. Very very very poor rule changes. The return to the 2019 rules takes place, among other things, through the 7-man schedule returning. Next year's rules also mean that floor and ceiling sections will be introduced at 8,000 and 11,000 respectively.
