Bomo1
Rosco got a text message off Emil to say he will ride, he must be contracted. Apparantly he's had that message a few times during the season!!

doc61
And in the best interests of the sport he will be able to take 5 rides for Peterborough if Ryan Sullivan fails to arrive now i am confused.if he is riding for 2 or 3 clubs in the same meeting when he is racing against himself how are we supposed to know which club he is representing in those particular races. is it decided that if he beats himself then he is a poole rider but if he finishes behind himself is he then representing panthers or bees. also how many times can he be excluded in any one heat. flagrag
I think the Coventry rider will be Ryan Fisher as Pawlicki has turned down an open meeting invite the night before said won't be in the country that weekend

Brummie Kev
I wonder how much they will charge for this, considering every single year riders pull out. If its £20, its a complete joke

If its £20, its a complete joke The solution is simple - Don't go! I certainly be wasting good money on a joke meeting. The problem is, some will.. Reliant Robin
I wonder how much they will charge for this, considering every single year riders pull out. If its £20, its a complete joke I reckon it will be more than the PLRC which was £
superguest
I reckon it will be more than the PLRC which was £20 Whilst the ELRC is now considered a joke event, the PLRC attracks a very good crowd. Therefore, they can name their price (without being too greedy). The reverse strategy needs to be used for the ELRC. Reduced admission to get PL and EL fans through the gates. However, until all the riders take this meeting seriously, the fans will not. Get 16 riders with an average of 6.5 and above and it'll be a great meeting. hyabb17
It's £25 for adults
cityrebel
It's £25 for adults add on the prog and it will be nearly 30 quid, far too expensive for this type of meeting.
hyabb17
Considering you can go to Cardiff for £29 it is pricey

The White Knight
Oh for the 'Good Old Days' when Riders were honoured to appear in the BLRC. Ask Briggo, Mauger, Wilson etc. Winning the Meeting in those days REALLY meant something. Scott Nicholls has won the Event Six Times - so has Briggo - BUT - there is no comparison in the opposition.
