After a bright start the woeful Silver Helmet line-up has been confirmed, only have to see that Bugeja is in to know the standard (cheapness) that Havvy snr has opted for, wont be wasting my money! :cry:

My sentiments exactly RR - nothing really grabs you by the proverbials to make this a "must not miss" event. However hard they will try to sell this - "exciting new prospects" - "previous winner" etc etc, I'm really struggling to justify attending, probably what will sway it for me is to meet up with the boys for a couple of sherbets and a chin-wag when it should be the competition that sells itself to the punter.

Did he even know he was meant to be there in the first place. Nice to see David Howe avoided all the traffic problems this time around LOL!

 

Of course "did not arrive" gives the promoter the chance to slag off a rider & trouser the guarantee. Announcing a couple of days earlier his withdrawal only leaves the question "so, who have you booked to replace him?"
